SMA Grand Inn

My friends and I stayed at SMA Grand Inn near Chepauk Stadium, Chennai, for 10 days, and we had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after long days of exploring the city. The service was excellent throughout our stay -- the staff was friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. One small point to note is that the laundry service was a bit on the expensive side compared to what we expected. However, this didn't affect our overall experience much, as everything else was up to the mark. Overall, we had a great stay at SMA Grand Inn and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near Chepauk Stadium. It made our Audit stay truly memorable !

The room itself was neat and clean, but the bathroom was a complete disaster. The water got stuck because the drainage hole was clogged and clearly not cleaned properly. It made the whole experience very uncomfortable. On top of that, the person at the front desk was extremely harsh and rude when communicating with us. Instead of helping, they made us feel unwelcome. Overall, very disappointing service. I would not recommend staying here unless they seriously improve their cleanliness and customer service.

One of the worst hotel I have seen in my life. I have booked one room online and I have done the payment and the room also get confirmed and booked. But when I reach the hotel they told me no rooms available because rooms are full. And I really don't know how they tell like this. I have asked the room which I have booked. If the rooms are full then they should close the booking or inform us about the matter. We have travelled so far to reach Chennai and this is how they treat us. Irresponsible guys. And the behaviour from the staff was also not friendly. I never recommend this hotel

One of the best that I have stayed, it's very convenient and the staffs were polite and attentive. Room services are provided at their best. The location is most accessible to the places such as Chepauk, Marina beach and many another places.

The hotel charged more than the booking price just because there was an IPL match at Chepauk. That too being informed at check out, nothing conveyed while checking in. In addition to that, the police raided the hotel at 2 am, not sure what the reason was.

Worst room ever, worst behaviour of manager and staff . No respect to customer. AC is not working, wash room is so dirty and we need to call reception every time when we want geyser to be used and upon telling the concern manager is so rude. No wifi facility. And you can see the disrespectful replies given by the hotel staff for a bad review. Don't blindly go upon the ratings as I did the same mistake.

Worst hotel. Booking done online was on a scam site and the owner says they don't have any any link to them. They casually say it is the travellers' problem to verify the booking. We did a new booking on spot and the staff is not friendly at all.

Great location, very close to Chepauk stadium. Very friendly staff, and they were very flexible.
