This was the best hotel with great service. The view is amazing from the rooms as well as the food. We tried rice, dal fry, mixed veg, and their complimentary breakfast was healthy, fresh and delicious too. The rooms are tidy and clean and it provides all the amenities required to live comfortably. The service was top notch that the manager and another person from the hotel repaired the AC within minutes. We didn't have to face any issues. 100/100 recommended. Will surely visit next time as well.

We had a very cozy stay. The staff was absolutely helpful over the last few days of our stay. I had long conversations with Veeramani- one of the hotel managers. He is a curious and respectful guy. I hope that the staff would continue to make the guests feel welcomed.

I made a booking by mistake for the wrong dates and contacted Agoda immediately. Even though the booking was marked as non-refundable, Agoda told me they could still send a refund request to the hotel on my behalf. When I called the hotel directly, they initially refused, claiming it was "Agoda's policy." But after I explained the situation and mentioned the refund request process, they agreed to consider it. Unfortunately, that was just talk. The hotel never followed through--they clearly had no intention of helping. It felt like they were just trying to shift the blame back to Agoda instead of taking responsibility. Honestly, the way they handled this was just greedy and careless. To make things worse, after speaking with a few people, I found out this place is severely overpriced for what it offers. It's barely worth 1,000 rupees, yet they charge way more with zero flexibility or empathy. Just a poor experience all around. Definitely not recommended.

Brilliant experience. Very satisfied. Location is prime. Rooms are clean and decent, price is reasonable for the quality. All the staffs were very supportive. Mr. Veeramani assisted us throughout the stay and was very helpful. I will sure recommend this property to friends and family.

Good place to stay, the rooms are well maintained and the location is good. Centred between the airport and the IITM, just 20 to 30 mins distance from the both. Good shops and restaurants nearby as well.The staffs are well mannered and helpful. Thanks to the manager Veeramani who was really kind and helpful, overall a pleasant stay. Recommend to stay here if visiting chennai.
