Sky Residency

Room was ok. Hand shower came off and there is no tap or gatevalve to stop water flow to hand shower. AC is spilling water. 2 chapati, 1 mushroom gravy is Rs. 300 i felt its costly. Rs, 2400 / day.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The rooms were far from clean, with insects spotted throughout, making the environment uncomfortable. The bed sheets were also not hygienic, which was quite off-putting. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, their good service couldn't make up for the poor room conditions. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless the cleanliness issues are addressed. The stars are for the staffs :)

Manager sends a guy at 7: 30 and says to vacate in 10 min or else pay for the next day . First time I vacated a hotel room without even brushing my teeth .

We stayed recently here. It's a great hotel in Tambaram, very near to Tambaram bus stand and railway station. The king size room that we took was very spacious for 2 adults, 2 kids. There is closed parking for about three cars. The breakfast is also good, very tasty and served hot. Nearby hotel there are good shopping places for any last minute shopping. PS: We didn't find any issue with AC or mosquitoes in the room as per previous reviews.

One of the waste hotel in tambaram,,,behaviour of manager is very bad,,,always he is shouting for asking about neatness of the room,,improper working of ac etc.Manager behavior like a king. This is one of the worst stay I've ever stayed. They charged 3k for a small room which is in the size of a matcbox. No cleanliness, no wifi, ac. Service is too bad. They treat customers as theives with constant checking, and suspicious looks

Whenever my family attend any occasion in chennai , We only prefered This Sky residency hotel. In reception one of their employee Mr. bharat will be there from morning 8 am - 8 pm . He is very kind and he knows how to behave with the visitors.

"I recently had a stay here, and it was an unforgettable experience. Staff behaviour is not bad... The hotel s in prime location. recommended!" but high pricing... Not value for money...
