SKB Hotel Grand Days

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Room was clean and spacious with a double bed, dressing table, 1+1 sofa set and table and 2 chairs, and a decent bathroom. Staff was polite and accommodating. They gave a soap and water bottle complimentary, no other toiletries. They can speak English, Hindi and Tamil so no language problem. The locality is dirty and strewn with garbage piles, but close to Chennai Central railway station. The hotel is priced fairly overall

The hotel staff is good. But the hotel owner is very cruel person I saw his behaviour in front of reception he is asking his ladies staff to avoid lift for providing service. I never tell anyone to stay in his hotel as there is no food facilities and the bathroom essentials (tap/shower/toilet jet) not working properly.

I stayed with my family and used yo stay here frequently 1. Prime location 2. Value for money 3. Very neat and clean 3. Very good customer care

The staff was very kind and polite .The room was also very neat and comfortable.The receptionist was very kind for letting us stay more one more hour past the checkout time . I will never forget this kindness and I recommend everyone to come stay and experience this hotel

The reception was awesome,being a foreign traveller I felt like home more esp Satish sir he's very warm & heart welcoming.I liked his service bigtime.I want to stay in the same hotel & get his services in future

Rooms are spacious and good have extra sofas, tables and chairs. Nearby to station and metro good hospitality must visit worth the stay recommend one
