Rooms and services are very good...staff is so polite and helping

Reception desk person was friendly... Rooms are a little small, otherwise well kept.. Lift facility and drinking water available.. Nearby good veg and nonveg hotels available ... Occasional train sounds might be disturbing for a few... Otherwise, good value for money

Plenty of lights in the room, makes the brightest room ever I stayed. Prove size wall small but it's ok for a night stay. Even though it's a small Street parking was good on the ground floor.

The hotel hardware is fine no issues.....good rooms and attached bath /toilet hot and cold water, good AC , TV, beds okay but a bit saggy for comfort, lift and power back up is satisfactory. But software is quite bad......the free wifi is purposely switched off after sometime and I had to ask for it 2 times, only one towel provided for double occupancy and only one bottle of water for entire stay of 2 nights for two people and very unfriendly in charge though the bell boy was good. Approach to the hotel also is very congested via a small lane which is further blocked by two wheeler and empty wooden crates stacked on sides.

We stayed at your hotel for 6 days. It was a superb experience. The hotel room was very clean, tidy and well maintained. The bed was very neat and clean. The toilet was clean and well maintained. The home service used to clean our room daily. The receptionists were polite and friendly. We were also provided free wifi and TV service. The staff was also friendly. It was a pleasure staying at shivaji residency. Hoping to stay again at your place if by chance we come to chennai again.

Room was small but the quality of stuffs used there is high.. And well maintained rooms.. There is no restaurant in the hotel but near to this hotel you can find more restaurants with n number of varities available..

Room and toilet was very neat. Staff quiet friendly. Close to nice Restaurants and Rly station. Overall good experience. Would definitely recommend for Budget hotel stay.

The Rooms were dirty and the sheet had stains on it. It looked like it was given to me right after someone had left the room with no proper cleaning. The worst part of the experience was the attitude of the baldy who sits in the reception. When I complained about , instead of a simple cleanup of the room, he goes on saying, this is how it's been run for so many years and so on, and refused to send someone to clean the room. Such people should never be in the hospitality business.
