While the hotel doesn't have an in-house restaurant, they seamlessly arrange food from nearby restaurants, and you can also use online food delivery services without any hassle. This was very convenient for us. The location is another highlight--it's close to the railway station and many local tourist spots, making it an ideal place for travelers exploring Chennai. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, they offer tour package arrangements, which is a great option for those wanting to explore the city with ease. A great place to stay ! An excellent demonstration of hospitality & customer care, by a group of young & dynamic staff !! This is a fantastic hotel, clean & comfy. The location is very convenient, next to Chennai Central / Park Town. Easily accessible to local trains / metro services. We had a family stay for 3 nights during Eid Holidays (last week.of Mar-25). The hotel staff were incredibly cooperative and efficient. All the staff were friendly & helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. We would definitely stay there again & highly recommend to my friends too.. A big thumbs up to whole team ! With warm regards..

I have stayed in many hotels ranging from 3 to 5 stars, but I have never experienced such exceptional hospitality anywhere. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room boys, supervisors, and everyone at the hotel were always ready to assist, no matter the time or request. Rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. One of the most impressive aspects was their unmatched level of service--we never had to carry a bag, open a door, or worry about anything. Even though the hotel doesn't have an in-house restaurant, they ensured we got whatever we needed from nearby restaurants. Whether it was food or any other request, they were always happy to help no matter what time it is. I stayed here for 10 days without a single complaint, and I would blindly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a budget-friendly, family-friendly stay in Chennai. Hats off to the amazing, kind-hearted staff--they are the true backbone of this hotel. From reservation to check-out and airport drop arrangements they made sure everything was seamless. We booked this hotel after reading the positive reviews this property was getting. To be honest, we were a little skeptical about how such a property in this price range can get such high ratings. After staying for two days, we can also now highly recommend this property .||The room , the bathroom , bed linen, towels - all were very clean . Good job in housekeeping all around.The room size is OK . All the staff members are polite and courteous and attentive to your needs. ||The property is located on a narrow by-lane about 50 Mts or so from the main road and close to Chennai Central station. You can get to the metro station taking the entry point opposite Buhari Hotel nearby . ||There is no restaurant attached to the property -however this is not an issue since you can get whatever food you desire through room service or arrange through food delivery apps. ||There is limited parking space and getting into the narrow street and getting out could be challenging. We just left our car and used Ola/Uber to move around since we did not want to drive in a bustling metro like Chennai.||In short , you would find it very hard to get a better accommodation in this price range in Chennai .

Nice and friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Reception staff are happy to help with any issues/complaints. The location is near to the Central railway station, but there are no good veg restaurant near the hotel, You can get food delivered from online services like Zomato
