Rooms were clean and well maintained. It had 2 single beds or Twin beds. The room had AC, kettle, tea, coffee and other amenities like hot water. The stay for 2 nights was comfortable.

This hotel is my worst experience ever.. They didn't even maintain professionalism to their customers. I just visited my parents room which we have booked for them to stay, The hotel incharge asked to pay me for the visit up to 500rs charges per day. The rooms weren't clean and even pillow covers were not changed. Lots of mosquitoes, couldn't even sleep well. While complaining about this they simply said we will take care here after. Anyhow they argued to pay all the extra charge which they haven't mentioned before.And the complementary breakfast is worst o worst. The bathroom wasn't cleaned, Customer service was very bad , not even respected. Don't even think to book this hotel ever.
I recommend no one ever go there. Worst at cleanliness. When asked to exchange a dirty towel the staff said only this kind of towel is available if we dont like it we should check out. Been to many hotels but never had such bad experience. The pillow literally had mud and pillow were brown. For the money it is not worth at all
Booked 2 rooms for elder parents(who cannot walk properly) and two small kids, directly calling their reception, specifically requested for early check-in and gave the details of the guests. Paid extra money for early check-in too, No policies were communicated with me, we were cornered in the early morning around 5 am to pay extra money for a kid, (that' fine I paid, but the hotel should have mentioned it beforehand while I gave the kids details while booking ). No towels and toiletries were provided despite paying 6k. Told they will not provide complimentary breakfast which was not mentioned to us while booking the room. They didn't have in house kitchen, which they didn't mentioned while booking. On top of that, they did not allow me to meet my parents and kids saying they don't allow the visitors. A simple question, if I can't meet and assist my elderly parents who could not walk on their own and 2 small kids, will the hotel assist them to their personal needs and will the hotel carry their luggages for them ( hotel didn't have a luggage carrying service)? Who will be responsible if my parents and kids has any emergency situation if I can't be allowed to meet them? since the hotel didn't provide food and they didn't have an in-house kitchen, I had to order food for them, still They need someone to go downstairs to get their food delivered for them, since they cannot walk. But they didn't not allow visitors , so I personally came and was about to take my parents and kids out for dinner, but was stopped by the hotel management, because of their stupid no visitors policies. They immediately sent the qr code for payment but didn't care to send a policy pdf. Atleast they could've tell the policies when I called. Either communicate the policies clearly when calling for booking or tell the customers directly that you will not provide rooms. Management should be ashamed of their inhumane act and poor service. Always aiming for money but never cared about the proper service.
FIRST OF ALL WE DONT WANT TO GIVE A SINGLE STAT ALSO HERE.....I arrived at the hotel with my family at 4:30 AM, coming from Bangalore, having booked a room the day before. However, the receptionist informed us that they could not accommodate three people in one room. Understanding our situation, we requested two rooms and offered to pay the additional charges. The response we received was completely unacceptable. The receptionist suggested that I, a woman, be left behind while the men go elsewhere to find another hotel. This kind of treatment is deeply concerning. Not only was there a lack of professionalism, but the hotel also appeared unsafe, particularly for women. I am very disappointed with the lack of response from the booking platform, Goibibo, regarding this matter i dont understand on what bases goibibo patners with such hotels as we calls the customers service at 4.35AM and they where helpless in our case and we are strongly not suggest goibibo aswell. I strongly advise against booking this hotel under any circumstances, especially in urgent situations. The behavior of the receptionist was rude and unprofessional, which is completely unacceptable. I hope this feedback helps prevent others from experiencing similar issues.
I had the pleasure of staying at Sekaran Hotels on OMR, Chennai, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel is well-maintained, and the ambiance is welcoming, making it a great place to relax and unwind. The location is also very convenient, close to major attractions. However, what truly set this stay apart was the incredible service provided by (Mr. Venkatesh Prasath - Front Office Executive). His professionalism and warm demeanor made a huge difference in my overall experience. He was incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were met promptly, going out of his way to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Whether it was helping with check-in, providing local recommendations, or simply offering a friendly conversation, Mr. Venkatesh truly embodies what excellent hospitality is all about. Worst Staff Behaviour. Indian Hospitality workers should learn how to behave with People. The Receptionist in this place is very judgmental, he is the worst receptionist I have ever seen in my life. Don't even prefer this place if you are coming with family.. Yaruda neengalan, Engenthu da varinga. To hotel owner, Nice Staff Selection.
