Season 4 Residences - Thiruvanmiyur

I don't usually write reviews, but the behavior of the staff here was so appalling, I felt the need to share. From check-in, I was met with a cold, unwelcoming attitude. The staff made it clear I wasn't wanted. When a friend visited briefly, I immediately started getting calls from reception demanding extra payment for a third person -- even though the visit lasted less than 20 minutes and was well within their allowed hours. It felt aggressive and unnecessary. When I brought it up with the manager, he showed zero interest in hearing my side and was only focused on collecting more money. Throughout the stay, the staff kept stopping us and bringing up the charge, making the entire experience stressful and uncomfortable. This was the worst hospitality I've ever encountered. I won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Hotel rooms were found good, neat and comfortable to stay, staffs were responsive with decent attitude, but though breakfast said complimentary served the same food daily, missing out in varieties, offering different kinds of breakfast would attract more residents. Also lagged in taking actions for complaints raised for water and breakfast.

Awesome stay. Good location and excellent service. They gave a kit for each of the guests upon arrival. Breakfast is being serviced at inconsistent timings (late) on some days. There were some cockroaches (insects) in the room. Upon request, they immediately assisted in changing the room. Only 1 water bottle is complimentary irrespective of the number of days of stay. Overall, we enjoyed the stay except a few minor hiccups.

Worst experience, they looted us, we booked online but by mistake we put one guest instead of three, there was no option to modify or cancel online, we talked to the customer care, they advised us to talk to the reception, but unfortunately the receptionist denied to accept our request and forced to take one more double room . Then we took that extra room and again requested to accommodate one more person in the already online booked room, again they denied and charged for extra person. At the end of the day I had to spend 6k to stay a single night for four people in such a cheap hotel. There were no water bottle in one room, I called the reception many times for water, he was saying m just sending it sir, then I visited the reception desk there were no one from the hotel, Such a bad experience

Good stay in thiruvanmiyur. Room was neet and clean. For early check-in they charged full day amount of Rs.2200 for 6am to 11 am. Otherwise everything good.

Stay in Season 4 Thiruvanmiyur was very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean n hygiene. Complimentary breakfast was good. Manager Manikandan was very kind and helpful. Good hospitality. Enjoyed the stay

Rooms: Good, clean and spacious rooms, beds, towels and other amenities are great. Being given toiletries for the stay is very nice. Staff: I have had great interactions with staff. Manimaran and Manikandan at the reception have been very helpful, prompt, polite and knowledgeable. Location: Near the IT Expressway so great location for frequent travelers.
