Stayed in this hotel for a day to see if things ok . Then , stayed here for 2nd day also and did not change hotel as found it good . On 2nd day , they gave me a 24 hour check out facility. Value for money

Great place close to US consulate and good restaurants for local food

5 star for it's location. The rooms are neat and maintained and my only complaint is that the bathroom door and lock needs replacement. The bonus for this location is the vegetarian restaurant just below the hotel and lots of good non-veg restaurants surrounding the hotel.

Like to give more such reviews. The executive rooms are really nice... I had a specification where I have 12 hours stay, which the hotel accepted without any advance payments, and blocked the room as confirmed by them Coming to the rooms, the rooms are really neat, well maintained, bathroom is bit small but manageable, towels are quite old would recommend to replace. Near to metros, walkable distance. Very nice veg restaurant in the ground floor which is great add-on. Altogether a very pleasant stay. Must recommended.

This place has a very favorable location working for it. The staff is also nice. The rooms are not clean at all. There were bugs in the thermos, that was provided in the room. Someone made food in the electric kettle (don't know how) and it was not cleaned. There was no tea bag/coffee in the room. The sheets and toilet were also not very clean. I suggest avoiding this place.

Reception lady's behaviour was very annoying,uncultured, unprofessional and rude.we cancel our booking due to such unmannered reception we got from there.

Worst behaviour of the manager. He locked the motorbike who parked here. And talking very rude. Actually the sea shell hotel and Sangeetha veg restaurant both are located in the same building. There was no crowd in the sea shell hotel so he got jealous of the Sangeetha hotel's full packed crowd so he purposely locked the Sangeetha hotel customer motorbike and claimed the bike was parked in the sea shell parking place and he locked it using an iron chain. Both hotels run in the same building, how will customers differentiate the parking place, there is no watchman in the sea shell hotel and there is no board sign for no parking for Sangeetha hotel's customers.
