Rooms are very bad smell no window for rooms room services also very bad lift is not working totally wast of money this rooms are fit for lovers to do only

Stayed with Family for a Week during last week of Jan 24. Right from Check-In to Check-Out, the process is smooth and Transparent. Cost effective, Friendly Helpful staff, Anytime Room Cleaning on Request, Perfect Response from Front Desk at all times. Special Thanks to Mr. Rahul for the Excellent Care and Guidance!

Very Bad experience. I don't know why all the comments were positive. I had booked the room by seeing the comments. The Room was not clean, Bathroom was not at all maintained, water was dripping through the AC vent and when we complaint about the issue the guy was showing a mocking smile and said like it will be like that. We booked total of 6 rooms. At one room the bed was close to AC wall and the water from the AC dripped to the bed and they didn't even care. There was no complimentary breakfast. They won't provide any toiletries. There was 2 towel for 4 sharing room and 1 towel for 2 sharing room. so i asked for an extra towel he had a mocking smile and said thats how it will be. The service i got at the stay was really really bad. There was two guys who was working in shift i guess. I don't know about the names, but the guy who looks like in his 20s was the one i mentioned above.

Nice house keeping, good compliment breakfast, additional discounts on lunch and dinner. Lift facility at all time all floors.. Real photos in website, they exactly matching the room. Nice atmosphere and ambitious space.

I am the first visitor to this newly constructed hotel. we came to visit DR rela hospital with my family and stayed here for 6 days. very hygienic rooms with latest furniture and amenities. Owner is also an Doctor and helped in medical assistance. Very good receptionist & the service boy. Reasonable price to stay inn.
