Avoid this place at all costs. No one deserves to go through what we did. Absolutely horrifying experience. My family was staying here, and to our shock and disbelief, a **mouse bit one of my family members** during the night. I never imagined something like this could happen in a place that claims to offer hospitality. It was a nightmare come true. The hygiene and cleanliness are clearly non-existent if rodents are roaming freely inside rooms. We were shaken, disgusted, and deeply disturbed by the incident. This is not just poor service--it's a serious **health and safety hazard**.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. Upon check-in, the staff insisted that I pay the full amount upfront, stating that they needed the money to release salaries for their employees. This was both unprofessional and inappropriate. The next morning, when I requested hot water, I was informed that the solar heater was not working due to the climate, even though there was no rain. Instead, they provided me with an electric geyser heater rod, which was highly inconvenient and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the air conditioning in the room was not working, making the stay even more uncomfortable. Additionally, basic amenities like a towel and soap were not provided. The overall service and facilities were far below expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and stress-free stay.

They said there is no reservation under your name. But we reserved in online- Agoda app! They didn't even asked about the booking details. They simply said no we don't have your bookings. And he went outside. Don't know to respect the Guest. After he went outside another man said Don't give rooms to anyone. If you don't want to, just close your online portals. All believe and come, but they don't care anything. Kindly don't book here. Let them suffer and shut down the hotel.

This was by far the worst hotel/Inn experience I've ever had. The stay was riddled with issues that compromised even the most basic essentials. To start, the location was highly inaccessible, and it turned out to be an inn, not a hotel as advertised--making the name quite misleading. Upon entering the room, we discovered it was infested with cockroaches and spiders. The receptionist claimed the room wasn't ready yet, even though they had been texting us for 8 hours prior to confirm our arrival. Contrary to the website's claims, no breakfast was provided, and the toilet amenities were broken. When we requested bottled water, we were given one with a broken seal that was clearly refilled. The bed sheets and pillowcases were visibly dirty and appeared unwashed. We were eventually moved to another room, but it was not much better. The floor was oily, the air conditioner made noise but provided no cooling, and the sheets were still uncomfortable and dirty dusty. The room lacked soundproofing, making it impossible to sleep with constant noise from flights taking off. To top it off, the TV's power button didn't even work. This stay was far below acceptable standards, and I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone.

Worst experience..All room photos are fake.. please do not book this hotel with family.Poor standard of rooms ,even no television and toiletries .Taken 225 rs for complementary breakfast but not provided .Booked a deluxe double room but provided a very compack room having very less space.Please don't go behind the photos of this hotel.... Fake photos of rooms .

I stayed for a night as I landed in Chennai late in the evening and then had an early morning flight the next day. As shown here, the place is a mere ten minutes drive from the airport and all amenities were listed accurately. The apartment is spacious and filled with needed amenities. Even at 10pm, there were many shops around it to choose from for dinner and the place was perfect for my family as we needed private place to rest after a long day of travel and also prepare for the next day accordingly! The apartment is very close to the airport and surrounded with lot of restaurants! Lastly, the location was super easy to spot which was a huge help at that late hour. If I ever need a place to stay near the Chennai Airport, I would definitely stay again! Value for the money !

I was super excited for my trip and i booked this hotel/ inn in agoda. I was SUPER DISSAPOINTED with this hotel. Dont get excited by the image. ISTG the picture and the room does not EVEN TINY bit meets the picture. The hotel/inn in the images was so nice but the room was so dirty. The bed and shower was the worse. The bedsheet was like it was not washed for ages and the bathroom is the worse. The shower was not for us to bath but for the whole bathroom walls. The place was noisy and the room smells. Think twice before choosing if you are a choosy person.

This is the genuine review...I have travelled whole world so I've never seen this type of godown in my life...don't look this photos and book it...this kind of hotels should be banned from the internet...I've checked in here at 12 midnight than went to room...room was smelling like a godown than checked the bathroom...it was like public toilet than turned it AC waited 5 minutes to cool down but it didn't work than called reception so he told me to wait for 5 more minutes than we waited like 20 minutes than noticed the AC was just there as master piece so immediately rushed to reception than he showed me other room but it was same like that but it was specious than the previous than I realised it was the room which we booked and he tried to scam us so immediately we told we don't want to stay in your hotel...so he told us you'll get refund in higher voice which we didn't ask too....plus this hotel is close to airport approach so in this 30 minutes there was like multiple times we've heard aeroplane flying noise close to building so too noisy too...please don't book this hotel it's just a scam...worst experience ever witnessed...minus 5 star category hotel...just ban this type of property
