Good ambient, super location for shopping. We stayed only 1 day but very impressed with their front desk service and hospitality, Thanks to Ms.Usha to keep things beautiful and clean. Every time we need and info the front desk always there to guide and help us..and we made our mind to stay in here whenever we visit Chennai..Again with happy and satisfied would like to thanks entire management for the superb service.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was filthy, and worst of all, the bed was infested with bed bugs. My companions and I were bitten multiple times, leaving us with itchy and painful marks. We barely got any sleep because of the discomfort. The toilet was disgusting, there was black mold on the door and at the bottom of the toilet, making it clear that cleanliness is not a priority at this hotel. It was unhygienic and completely unacceptable. When we reported the bed bug issue to the hotel staff, despite showing clear evidence of the bites, they completely denied that the bed had bed bugs. Instead of properly addressing the issue, their "solution" was to swap the bed with another from a different room, which is beyond unacceptable! To make things worse, the manager and receptionist were extremely rude and unhelpful, showing no concern for our situation. The manager dismissed our complaint, saying that in his many years there, they had never experienced bed bugs, yet my entire family was covered in bites! The only saving grace was a kind and understanding female staff, but unfortunately, that did not make up for the horrible experience we had. Avoid this hotel at all costs unless you want to deal with poor hygiene, bed bugs, dirty toilets, and rude staff.

Mixed Experience at S-Hotel Our stay at S-Hotel was a mixed bag. While the overall experience was positive with friendly staff and a decent breakfast, there were some areas for improvement. Positives: * Friendly Staff: Most of the staff were welcoming and helpful. * Good Breakfast: The breakfast offered was decent and tasty. * Reasonable Rates: The rates for additional guests were reasonable. Negatives: * Air Conditioning Issue: We encountered an issue with the air conditioning, but it was promptly resolved after cleaning. * Room Cleanliness: The room could have been cleaner upon arrival. * WIFI is terrible, keeps disconnecting, I end up using my other phone as hot spot for office work. * Unwelcoming Receptionist: The receptionist's demeanor was off-putting, making us feel unwelcome. Overall: Despite the minor drawbacks, we had a good stay at S-Hotel. The positive aspects outweighed the negatives, making it a decent option for accommodation.

Excellent VIP welcome. staff very friendly especially the Cafe staff. Very prompt and attentive to customer's demand. Food was excellent especially their breakfast and buffet. Will recommend this hotel. One disadvantage the slippers bathroom tiles.

The rooms were up to date, the breakfast that was served in the morning was scrumptious, the rooms were really clean. Everything was really good. The only thing I found a bit disturbing, is the corridor to the rooms. I don't know if it was only the floor I was staying in or something, but the floor was really soft and sinking in type of feel. Other than that, everything was good.

Very good location in t nagar very close to HPS and Tirupati temple. Rooms are not very comfortable and felt claustrophobic. Same is the case with the toilets. Worst is a large SUV will need to back and forth to enter the porch area. Drivers in a hurry to take your vehicle. Patience to get the luggage out and ensure client comfort. Very small place and food is ok. Service is good could be better.
