RR MOUNT ELITE SUITES

We spent two nights here early in Jan 2025. After travelling in India for six weeks, our stay at R R Mount Elite Suites was a highlight! Even though your hotel may be geared more for the corporate client, we feel your hotel should act as the benchmark for quality of accommodation and service. We arrived earlier than check-in time, so you kindly offered us an upgrade to a room that was available. The quality of fixtures and fittings, thoughtful decor, was a welcome treat as was the rare experience of having sunlight in our room! Staff were always attentive and amenities superb. The room was definitely worth the money. spacious, clean, and well-maintained, bed was super comfortable. There was plenty of room for luggage, and the real highlight was their exceptional service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. A comfortable and hassle-free stay overall.

Very good experience, easy check in, big and clean rooms. Reception helped us book taxis for airport and was very helpful for keeping luggages and so on. We were a group of 9 and we recommend:)

The accommodations were exceptional, boasting spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. The staff's professionalism was evident, and their thoughtful gesture of offering sweets in celebration of their anniversary was greatly appreciated. My stay was thoroughly enjoyable. The other reviews do not do justice to the quality of this establishment.

The room was spacious and clean. Air conditioning worked well. The beds were incredibly hard and mattress felt non existent. Location isn't ideal; the hotel is in the middle of an auto service district

Hotel room stay are very calm and good Feel bad vibration while entering the hotel because of security guard He refused to say the proper way to reception and behavior is not good. Even though we did online booking. Request management to take proper action and inform the security to love his job. "A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. I stayed in this hotel for US consulate visit. It is ~ 2 kms from consulate. I took this hotel because it has covered and reserved car parking. Marina Beach is 2 kms away. Hotel rooms are clean. AC, TV, clean bathrooms. No food service which is fine. No problems for staying for one day.
