This hotel is disappointing, and the location is not ideal, especially for vegetarians, as it is situated with several chicken and mutton shops nearby, as well as an adjacent wine shop. It's not a very comfortable place for women either. The hotel doesn't even provide water bottles, and the room is infested with cockroaches--there are even some on the bed. They spray a lot of insecticide before you check in. The bathroom is also in poor condition, with dirty taps and one that keeps running.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! 1. Infested with Cockroaches! The first thing we noticed was these disgusting pests everywhere. Absolutely revolting. 2. Untrained, Rude Staff: The attendant was downright disrespectful--ignoring requests, back-talking, and full of unnecessary attitude. No sense of professionalism whatsoever. 3. Filthy Rooms: The room was in shambles when we arrived--dirty sheets, unclean pillow covers, and empty water jugs for FOUR DAYS straight. Are we supposed to clean the rooms ourselves? What kind of "hospitality" is this? 4. Breakfast Skipped: They conveniently skipped breakfast on the first and last days of our 4-day stay. Absolute disregard for their guests. 5. Broken Amenities: The landline in the room didn't work, the elevator was either locked or malfunctioning, and the Wi-Fi was completely useless. 6. No Basic Supplies: We had to ask for soap, towels, and other basics like beggars. For pillow covers, we were told to use the dirty ones because "they're in the wash." Are you serious? 7. Unlivable Conditions: Salty water, no mirrors or soap containers in the bathroom, broken exhaust fan, and tiny, claustrophobic rooms. NOTHING about this place feels "Royal." 8. Incompetence Everywhere: The doors don't even have stopper hinges. And the worst part? They don't bother cleaning your room while you're out. You come back at night to the exact same mess you left in the morning. Pros? Sure, the AC and geyser worked--but with salty water, what's the point? The management has been ignoring countless negative reviews, proving they just don't care. P.S.: If you want a nightmare experience, this is the place for you. Otherwise, spare yourself the horror and book anywhere else. Photos provided for proof. Verdict: WORST experience of my life. This hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Good place, lot of eateries around. Can get good bargain for room.depending upon the time. All facilities available. Room was good.

No 1 worst hotel today 29/12/2024 I go to this hotel ....The receptionist's actions were very rude.And all the rooms and bathrooms are very dirty. A very dirty hostel.It's not like it is in Google Photos. All the rooms are very dirty. Please don't go there.

Rooms are clean but not appealing. Good enough for the price they are charging. Staff respond warmly and treat their guests well. Location is nearer to the Marina beach. Overall decent place to stay (except the old interiors)
