Royal Luxe Business Class Hotel

Had a wonderful experience staying at Royal Luxe Hotel! The ambience was great and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I had forgotten my charging block, and they kindly provided me with one of theirs, which I really appreciated. Everything about the stay was perfect. Just one small suggestion -- it would be better to replace the washroom window glass, as it might make some guests, especially women, feel a bit uncomfortable. Overall, highly recommended!

I had a comfortable stay at this budget-friendly hotel. The room and toilet were both neat and clean, which made the stay very pleasant. A special mention to Mr. Niyas at the front office - he was exceptionally helpful and professional throughout my stay.

I recently stayed at Royal Luxe Hotel Chennai and found it to be a decent choice for a short stay. Its proximity to the US Consulate Office is a major convenience, especially for those with appointments there. The rooms were decent, offering the essentials for a comfortable stay. The service was commendable, with the hotel attendants being particularly helpful and considerate, ensuring guests feel well taken care of. The only downside was the area outside the hotel, which was a bit filthy. However, this doesn't take away from the overall experience of staying at the property. Overall, it's a good option if you're looking for convenience and pleasant service during a short stay.

I really had a pleasant stay the rooms were neat & clean and the stay was quite budget friendly too. Also I must say the staffs were really polite and friendly specially the guy named Neeyaz who helped me to get my shirt ironed. Keep up the good work and all the best !!!

*WORST EXPERIENCE EVER* Detailed review: Check In: I came in at 9 and requested for an early check in. They told me it would be chargeable at Rs.200 per hour to which I agreed. First they denied taking cards and wanted only cash. Then, I asked them for the bill because I had to claim it from the company they backtracked and said the rooms were not available, which clearly wasn't the case. Eventually they handed me handwritten bill. Room: The bedsheets are stained. There is no hot water. The AC doesn't work. Safety: The lift is a safety hazard. There is gap between the lift and the floor. I have no idea how they got approval to start the facility. Staff: The hotel is run by couple of guys who call themselves managers and a bunch of kids (literal kids) who have no idea of how to talk to a customer or human beings in general. I had asked to change the bedsheet in the morning and when it wasn't done in the evening, the guy starts to lie telling that I had never made any such requests. Price: They charge Rs. 2400 odd for a Rs. 500 lodge. People end up staying here because it's close to the US consulate. But if you want to go to your interview with a level head, please don't stay here at all.

Was a good worth hotel near the city limits. Beds and washrooms were worth the money which is the essential part of a hotel. Situated in a narrow gully and the cab person may say no and all. Still its accessible in roads easily. walkable from 1000 lights metro also

Behaviour of the managar is really wonderful . He was really humble & polite. We were stayed at room no 104 which was neat & clean. AC was not working properly. Room was little bit small.
