Royal Indus - a boutique hotel.....

Hotel Royal Indus is a great choice for accommodation. I have stayed there twice, and both experiences were pleasant. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, the service is excellent, and the staff is friendly and approachable. It was a hassle-free stay.

Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Hotel staff are very gentle and supportive. Good hospitality and services. I very much like. I appreciated the staff Mr. Abhisheik for his good approach and receiving us.

The price quotation is not transparent in this hotel. I directly called the hotel number and the person whose name is Abhishek attended the call and told all the details. He said that for 36 hours , we will calculate 2 days bill and told the total room charge is rupees 3640 and if you're paying in cash we will provide the room for 3000 rupees . But later while checking out the room, the management asked us to pay 6000 rupees and told that 3000 rupees is for one day. This room is not worthy for 3000 rupees for single day. So please make sure check the payment confirmation or quotation from their side. It's terrible experience and they even argued with us while paying the rent. I won't recommend this room to my friends and family.

I had an outstanding experience at Royal Indus during my sister's marriage. The accommodation was impeccable, the ambiance was delightful, and their service was exceptional. The staff was available 24/7, promptly attending to all my calls. They ensured that all the guests at my sister's wedding received every service they needed. I highly recommend Royal Indus for their top-notch hospitality.Every rupee spent at Royal Indus was truly worth it.

The hotel is very clean, all the appliances are new and working properly. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are proper size and they even have a place with a table and chairs to have tea or meal. The stuff was very attentive, the owner of the hotel had been around most of the time taking care of us, a European group. He even arranged me a taxi ride to the airport at 3 in the morning making sure I got there safely.

I had stayed at this hotel in december near Christmas and i have only wonderful comments about my stay there. I was staying at Tambaram for attending an exam which was spanned over 4 days. I checked in and stayed there alone all these days. I especially wished to write this review as the hotel staff being all males and with very few rooms occupied at the time, they ensured i was comfortable and safe during my stay, without any kind of unnecessary interference or disturbances at any time. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotless. The bathrooms were clean and well equipped with a constant supply of hot water. Their cleaning services were prompt and adequate. Despite, not having an attached restaurant, they ensured that I got all my meals served to my room. To relieve me of my exam stress, they ensured i got enough coffee and snacks from time to time. Food or other essentials ordered from outside was also delivered to my room promptly by the hotel staff.I felt they were extra careful to guarantee i was unharmed and comfortable during the stay as i was alone. I was precautious about staying alone in a hotel for the first time and really stressed about the exams. But after day 2, i realised my fears were irrelevant owing to the treatment I received. Therefore, i would like to give special mention about this hotel to all my lady friends. Big credits to safety and comfort. The only drawback that i could notice was limited parking space.

Very good property with neat and cosy rooms. The managers Abisheik and Srinivasan are exceptionally courteous and helpful. Very close to Tambaram Bus stop. I strongly recommend this property.
