Royal Green Accommodation Chennai Airport

It was a nice place that was easy to find. The men working were super helpful and polite. When I had to pay with cash, one walked me to the ATM to be helpful. They were great. The room was everything you would want with AC, clean sheets, cumphy bed and fresh water to drink.

Affordable and comfortable stay nearer to airport at a little bit difficult to access location. Rooms are clean, more than what u expect at such a price in chennai. Staff is polite and helping. Thank you

Just there for a landing place before a very late night flight. Room was fine-=-big bed, private bathroom, all relatively clean. Room smelled a bit like smoke, but otherwise it was very comfy. Recommend for those who need a reasonably priced place close to the airport.

Nice budget friendly hotel. Clean spacious rooms. Hotel is up a flight of stairs, no elevators. Hot water in bucket no hot water in shower. Small washroom/bathroom. Very polite and friendly staff especially Kaviasimman.

I had a very bad experience with this property, I booked this property by directly calling the hotel manager. They took advance and confirmed booking on WhatsApp on 29th dec 24. When I reached Chennai 30 Dec 2024 they actually said they don't have any rooms left in this property and they can give accommodation in another property royal green residency which is a 2 star property with very bad reviews. They actually gave my confirmed room to other visitors at higher prices. After a difficult conversation with the manager they refunded the advance amount to me and I booked another 3 star property near the airport. I don't recommend this property near the airport, not a trusted manager.

Very simple room, okay to stay one night. Not particularly clean, but helpful staff. All in all okay for the price

I had a wonderful time staying here. I was truly blown away by the generosity and courteousness of the owner and the staff. Amazing kind behaviour. The room was beautifully clean with all amenities I needed. The place is on the road, but once inside the room, there is silence. I slept very well. Wonderful hotel. I will keep coming back here again.

They provide used bedsheets not even properly cleaned. staffs are rude. They turned off power supply Many times while we were in the room. No room cleaning..and this area is so bad there's not even proper facilities for transport ,shopping or restaurants.
