ROYAL GRAND

Pathetic room service. They've setup a 0.6 ton AC for a big room and it doesn't provide cooling at all even if it runs 24x7. On top of that, the positioning of AC is also poor. We Had to move the bed so that the AC cooling would reach us. Yet the cooling wasn't reaching us even at the lowest temperature (17degC). At night they'll cut off the phase which powers the rooms bathroom lights and also fans. So forget about having a good night sleep here. Bathroom flushes won't work. Bathroom taps are old and hard to turn on and off. Highly recommend you to AVOID BOOKING this pathetic place. The landline provided for room service doesn't work too.

Worst experience. Paid 3.5k for family of 4. Booked before 1 month with advance payment of 1000rp. we had to attend a function early in the morning around 4. No water, no fan working. They gave water in can to bath. Pls dont choose this lodge. There's no less or concession on the amount. Once we paid, they dont have concern about anything.

Good: walkable distance from Tambaram railway station. Bad: beds stain,, no water in washroom so had to use another room for shower,, aircon working but no chillness,, extra maintainence 50 but no housekeeping work done,, paid 3500 but bill raised for 3250,, overall bad experience. Not preferable hotel.

Pro: Location near to Railway Station. Cons: 1. Not worth for price(2250) and its look like 500 rs room. 2.bathroom water tap with stain and rust. 3. AC make noise sound and its distrubing the sleep. 4.bed and towel is not clean. 5.for this price other hotel provide some amenities here only soap is available and dont have dental kids.

Very near to tambaram daily station from east entrance . Good rooms , tv available with WiFi connection . You can use your login for OTT platform Rooms near and service can be better. Towels are available on request. No restaurant. For food need to go out or Swiggy Service can be little better

Budget friendly Hotel. Had a good stay. Rooms are clean and the service is good.

Had a decent stay in this hotel. I would like to suggest that the bathroom hygiene should be improved, can use some cleansing liquids in WC for a healthy sanitation. Location is perfect for train-takers at Tambaram Railway station.
