The rooms were clean, but the restroom lock and room latch was not proper but card system worked fine. If they have two options for each one is working fine . Restroom was clean , had hot water throughout, but the ceiling could have been little better maintained Breakfast was surprisingly good. They give you a mini tiffin parcel to your room. The towels provided wasn't something to like about. But I'm nitpicking things here for the price i got . I got 5 nights room for 6.5k breakfast included. There were minor issued here and there including lack of proper parking . What I'm trying to say is if they solve these minor issued they could actually charge more .

Clean and well-maintained rooms, top-notch service, and amazing breakfast (totally worth the small cost). I'm a local and stayed here a few nights when I could no longer bear to stay at our place after my mom's untimely death. This hotel was in the vicinity and we booked based on the reviews and our stay was very comfortable.

This was my second stay after a year, and both times were good. The rooms are decent, the location is great (just five minutes from Ashok Pillar), and the reception staff is kind and helpful. The only downside is limited parking, but overall, it's a nice place with good service. Would stay again.

I'm a frequent business traveler, I booked this place because it had good google reviews and it was in Ashok nagar and to my surprise, I discovered that this hotel was previously an OYO property--and it still carries many of the same traits.I left the place even without cancelling my booking or removing my shoes. I found a girl's hair in my bathroom and dried dirt stains on the floor (Picture below) To make things worse, the AC was leaking, and ice particles were literally falling onto my bed, anyways I was not planning to sleep on that! A quick glance at the register book showed that most of the guests were in their early 20s, which didn't exactly inspire confidence. The place is in a corner and rooms and toilets are old. I'm sure these positive reviews are coming from couple travellers. I highly dont recommend this property for a serious business traveler looking for comfortable stay.

Pure business minded people, early check in they charge extra. Why don't they count 24 hrs from the time we check in, I don't understand the logic behind 12 pm to 11 am timings. Also hotel is too much interior and they are charging 3500 per day. Greedy owner huh.

The staff are polite, professional and generally respond quickly to any requests. The wifi worked well enough for me to have video calls for work. The water pressure from the shower was good, and they provided sufficient toiletries.

Service was exceptional. Very prompt,cheerful and considerate. Special thanks to host Surya Jai. She was very understanding to customer needs and helpful with right suggestions. Hope to visit again to warm welcome of Surya.

Had a wonderful stay here. Lovely sweet staff , Ms Surya has a sweet welcoming attitude. Helped me in various tasks. Very well maintained. Thanks so much
