Horrible rooms, and more horrible person at the reception. Showed and promised us bigger room as we were travelling with family, once we reached there to check-in gave us smaller rooms. Was travelling with the kid and had stay in a room with cigarette smell for the whole night. After lots of argument, gave one big and one small room. The AC in big room was not working, they cleaned the filters, did so many modes change with the remote, when all these things didn't work, they started telling us it is working. Only we are complaining. 2 ppl came and stood in the room just below the AC and argued it is cooling! Then also taunted saying only we are complaining, nobody else did! Very very bad service, this person doesn't know how to talk to people, what is customer service! They will ask extra payment for an hour late check-out, but will not bother providing non AC rooms at the price of AC rooms. And then they will argue with you saying you asked for bigger room so AC will not work. I guess we must not sit on the beds but stand below the ACs. Overall very very bad experience! And a humble request to everyone to complain when things are not working properly. Maybe if some Tamilan people will complain he will consider, for us outsiders, these people will never ever have a place.

I stayed here for almost 5 days and I won't recommend this place for female occupancy. When I reached the hallway smelled like alcohol and I did not see any female going in or out of this place. The electronic lock was not working properly so whoever had the key can open it. There don't provide any sort of toiletries. The rooms are pretty small. If you are a person travelling with multiple luggage's you'll barely get space to keep your bags. They don't have parking space. You are asked to park in the nearby lane. The house owners in that lane have problem with it. The place looks neat might be advisable for male occupancy. They have a small restaurant downstairs so you can have your food.

Worst service ever they said room are available but at last time when we go there they said rooms are not available pls dont go there

One of my friend visited to hotel and after check out now they calling and asking for money before check out no body updated this now calling threatened him I would suggest be careful while visiting there

It's an amazing place to stay. I was happy to stay here for the last 5 days and the experience was great. It's close proximity to multiple offices is an added advantage. Rooms are very clean and hygiene.

A comfortable place to stay at the heart of the city. Very reasonable rate. Good connectivity. Only Minus is Car Parking - no place and at owners risk on the Road. They need to look into this.

Updated after multiple visits. Room is like ok. Few rooms are small in size but ok for single occupation. Service is good but TV is still not working . But over all value to money

The worst and disgusting service which my friend faced there All greedy persons are there Intentionally asking extra money after check also Torturing to him calling back to back I would suggest don't visit
