Redstone Hotel

The rooms are just average, nothing impressive. If you're planning to arrive by car, it's better to avoid this hotel. The parking ramp from the road is poorly designed and nearly two feet high, which could damage your car's bumper while driving in or out. Parking space is very limited. They may call you at even around 11 PM or 2 AM to move your car here and there, which is quite intrusive and disrupts your privacy and sleep. The air conditioners are very noisy, making it uncomfortable to sleep with them on.

Worst service ever They won't think about the customer, I have been waiting for more then 3 hours and finally they simply says like no rooms available

Rooms are too small and like old dharamshala where window opens in narrow passage. Bedsheet were dirty, and foul smell was there. Floor is very slippery and u will hesisttae to walk bare footed. Room charges are very high. They only have the advantage of location near consulate and chennai vac otherwise its not worthy. Its better to take hotel near station so that you can save on taxi fare. Also they are managing google reveiw so to get rating above four. Its not worthy for 1 star

I had very bad experience and unprofessional and uneducated staffs are working here. Booked through online while checking out in hotel they are not accepting the online price and demanding more. Pls pls don't book this hotel very worst hospitality.

Very worst rooms only Money minded and without cleaning the room they handed the keys to us, after complainting only they changed the room but that room condition is also same, we found empty beer bottle inside the cupboard

I cam about seven times to this place in a year. It's good experience and staff are very supportive. If you are coming Chennai to visit Shankar netralya. It's best place about 1. 5 km far only.

Very worst experience... The worst hotel I've ever stayed... don't Go there

This place is a nightmare. Me and my husband stayed here for a night, they had to changed 3 rooms for us as all the room were not clean. My question is how can they give the unclean rooms to other people. The walls of the rooms and the bed was filled with tiny cockroaches running all over.. and the floor and the beds and bedsheets had soo much tiny hairs and it was also stained. This place is not for family stay. 90% of the reviews are written by their own staff members and they have increased the rating. Do not trust the ratings.
