Rooms are neat and clean. We stayed for 1 night, hot water available all the time, car parking available only for 2 cars. Thanks we were able to park our car. Lift also available, they allowed us to order food ourselves online from food delivery apps, outside food is allowed. Budget friendly hotel for those who looking near to airport.

Behaviour of staffs are worst. Bad smell coming from all over the properties. For that reason I don't book room there. So they behaved very bad with me after I mentioning that my health is not good. If you want to stay at this location then there is another option, "Durga lodge" on main road. Very clean.

Good hotel. No disturbance. 24 hours open. Rooms are clean and cozy. Stuffs behavior is good and they are helpful also. But no food is available here not even tea. One can arrange from outside and can eat here. Overall happy to stay here. Everything is fine.

Truly Value for money if you booked around 800 for 2 guests. This hotel is located nearby to the airport and the main road with a bus stop is just 150 meters away. I had a nice stay but not sure whether it is suitable for couples. The room is really great with all necessary amenities(TV, AC, Floor Wi-Fi), the bathrooms are also clean and good because this hotel might probably a newly constructed one I think. Nothing complaining about the amenities and the room, only the service could have complained at some cases. And I suggest to Use OYO or Goibibo for booking. Because, I booked a room for 1 guest, which costs even less than 600 on Goibibo.

They provide compact AC rooms. The size of the Rooms are small. So clean room. AC was working so good. But water heater was not working. Well behaved staff. You can visit if you require budget friendly rooms.

Located in Pallavaram is a very good hotel for short stay for people travelling from outside to catch flight . Little inside from the busy Pallavaram bus stand, a well maintained budget hotel with neat and clean rooms.For double room it is 1600 inclusive of tax if you go directly to hotel with complementary breakfast. 24hours checkout. No negotiation in price. If you go online booking through hotel booking site it may vary from 600 to 1200 depending on the demand. But in online booking checking is 12pm and checkout is 11am.Breakfast donot expect much . They will serve in your room a plate with two idlis,one dosa, one vada, and sometimes with pongal enough for a person. No restaurant inside the hotel. For food you can either order from them or walk a bit to GST road which have plenty of hotel options. They strictly do not allow person from chennai to stay. Only for outsiders. Lift door sensor is having problem as it closes suddenly causing injury. So take precaution in lift. Since it is near by market place you will get everything near by. A good choice for budget travelers.

I didn't expect so bad service and facilities no hot water - hot water tap was not working, complained three times - no resolution provided. no spoons provided to have breakfast breakfast was not hot. lift not working yesterday evening, was struck for more than 10 munites no drinking water provided towel not provided, when asked, replied as dhobhi hasn't come, provided after requested. when asked for early check-in, replied as rooms are not available, I had to book for two days, I had observed many rooms were not occupied.

This is one of the worst experience that we have ever had. We have confirmed the booking before the arrival and we called them 2 days earlier about the booking. The manger has asked all of the guests ID verification and we did not have it. We have asked the manager why you did not tell us when we confirmed during the booking and he was kind of putting some reasons like who did you talk to. Also, I don't understand why he needs all of the guests ID as in our family couple of old people who does not bring their ID with them. If the manager whould have told us during the booking, we would have bring it. For some reason, he has the intention not to give us the room which is kind of the discrimination. We did not want to argue and left the place. We advise the travelers not to stay or book the room at this place. By the way, we found lot of similar hotels next to them and all they need is just one ID for booking not all of the guests ID. To Manager: You have hurt all of our family members which we have come all the way from Ramnad to stay in your hotel with the hope. Good luck to you!
