Best hotel at a budget price ! The property is located near the railway station & metro station. Right from check-in till check-out the service is really good and they serve a welcome drink as well. They have amenities like separate swimming pools for adults (4.5feet) and kids (1.5feet), gym, Jacuzzi and the restaurant serves tasty continental complimentary breakfast as well. The room is very spacious and has a great view with even an iron box and ironing table provided, locker facility inside the room and mini bar . The toilet in the room has bad odour, probably from the water which needs to be looked after. At checkout, they even gave a complimentary brownie which tasted amazing. Overall I had a very nice stay at this hotel and will recommend it to anyone.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at Ramada by Wyndham in Egmore. While the hotel has some positive aspects, there are several areas that need significant improvement. Positives: * Great location, making it easily accessible. * Spacious room with a comfortable layout. * The bed is soft, which may be a plus for those who prefer softer mattresses. * Walk-in shower is a thoughtful feature, especially for elderly guests. * Great value for the price. * Nice city view from the room. * International power outlets are a great convenience for foreign travelers. * Good quality body wash and amenities provided. * The lobby area is well-maintained, and the front door staff are excellent, always greeting guests warmly. Disappointments: * Upon check-in, I was disappointed to learn that the gym closes at 8 PM. This was not mentioned beforehand, and had I known, I would have adjusted my check-in time accordingly. * I was also informed that breakfast was not included because I booked through Expedia. This detail was not clearly stated before booking, which led to unexpected inconvenience. * The room itself needs better maintenance. The wallpaper is peeling, the floor is damaged, and the toilet seat is broken and grimy. Additionally, the lack of a nightstand on the side of the bed with power outlets is an inconvenience. * The air conditioning barely works, as it only circulates air without any real cooling. * The soundproofing is virtually nonexistent--traffic and external noises are extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. * The TV selection is quite poor, offering very few local channels, most of which are in Hindi, which might not cater to all guests. Final Thoughts: The hotel has potential, but it is in dire need of maintenance and renovation. The lack of proper air conditioning, poor soundproofing, and worn-out room conditions significantly impact the overall experience. While the service and location are strong points, improvements in facilities and transparency in booking details would make a huge difference.

Stayed two nights with family. Spacious rooms at the heart of City. Beds were not very comfortable, but rooms are sound proof giving good night's sleep. Restaurant on the ground floor offers a decent spread of buffet.

Great location in the heart of the city, the hotel is well maintained. Rooms are quite big and amenities are well equipped. Morning breakfast spread was elaborate and tasty. Internet was erratic and poolside restaurant Boardwalk was not functioning.

I really loved the service, the food and arrangements of banquet hall(Marina 1), service is top notch and most important staff if very helpful and always there - Mr Ataur and his team Rasika,Ravi,Suraj,Masilamani & Vishnu. Thank you team for your excellent support during our IOB conference.

Ramada Egmore Chennai was the best pick in budget. The property is suitably located and host all amenities including Pool, seperate baby pool, Lawns etc. The property is well maintained and is at walking distance from Egmore railway station and metro station. Parking is open but less in number. Food was very good and enjoyed my stay there. However, the service needs a special mention. All the staff were very courteous and helpful. In fact i booked through 3rd party and made advance payment. But due to some medical issues i could not check in until next day morning. Considering the same the manager was kind enough to adjust my stay as per my request. Further made special arrangement to help me have a wonderful experience.

It was a pleasant experience staying at Ramada Egmore, The food served at Symphony was excellent and the staff treat us well.. Specially Ms. Seema, Ms Swathi (CSA) , Mr. Ataur and Ms. Prabhisha. The F&B managers was also good........................................

Hotel is located near MGR railway station. Room was neat, clean and well maintained. Only drawback was width of the bed. Bathroom was clean and well equipped. Reception staff members were well behaved and helpful. House keeping service was excellent. Reception area is nicely maintained and has sufficient and comfortable sitting space. Food is good in quality and taste. Moti pulao, crispy corn and tomato shorba were excellent. Breakfast spread has a number of options to choose from. All items are worth trying. Our stay there was quite comfortable we enjoyed it.
