Really good experience. Taka service too good. Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. The food was flavorful and beautifully presented -- I highly recommend the truffle risotto and the molten chocolate cake. The ambiance was cozy yet upscale. Will definitely be coming back

Had a great experience at The Great Kebab Factory. The food tasted amazing, especially the chicken sheek kebab -- it was perfect The buffet menu was well planned, and the order in which the dishes were served made the experience even better. Desserts were all good and a satisfying end to the meal. Service was excellent, and a special thanks to our Dhayanidhi and Deepthi for being so friendly and attentive. Overall, totally worth it. Would definitely visit again.

After 17 years, when I got to visit The Great Kebab Factory again at Radisson Blu, Chennai. This has been my favourite restaurant since childhood not only because of their quality food but also the amiable ambience and the great hospitality they provide. My personal Favorites, Galouti Kebab and Warqi Paratha, Dal Makhani and Biryani taste the same. Today's Chaas was impeccable and I couldn't shy off from asking for a third round! The staff was constantly on their toes, asking me multiple times for the next kebab and other dishes and whether I was satisfied or not. Everything was made available within a minute showing their preparedness. At last, I was given a very cute looking and even more delicious Chocolate cake as a gesture from the staff as they said, "Welcome Back!" What more can I ask for? This place rewinded the clock 17 years back for me! Still the same and still perfect! Thanks PS: Even the Cutlery and the lighting is same as 17 years back which made me more excited

This was our 2nd visit there. We loved the first time and it was during Onam and it was really an elaborate spread. This time also the spread was quite good. We liked both the veg and non-veg options as they were all cooked well and tasted really good. Their service also very welcoming, prompt and courteous. Sure to visit again

After a disastrous experience last month with another reputed hotel in Chennai, I approached my stay at the Radisson Blu with trepidation. To say that I was mistaken would be an understatement. The room is top class, the amenities provided are very good. The food options are plenty and cater to multiple taste buds. The staff are friendly, flexible and ever willing to help. They go out of their way for the comfort and ease of stay for their guests. Well done, keep up the good work.

Nice ambience. Warm welcome and good service from all team members. Overall all menu from starters, breads, biryani and side dish till deserts found very good. Specially service from Mr. Taka was awesome. Overall the dining experience can be rated as 4.5/5.0

The service is really good. We had an event at The royal summit, the team helped us all the way and were available for us when we needed something. Special mention Mr Nitish who is my SPOC, he is very responsible and helped with all the doubts I had and also suggested me with all the best options they had. Next comes the food, our guests complimented the food. And I need to special mention about the AMBUR BRIYANI that was really good. Must try. Other than that a great ambience, good food, decent service is a great plus for Radisson Blu.

Great Food & Service. Got to try so many different traditional recipes in the restaurants inside the hotel. And the room left me speechless as soon as I got in. If you want comfort, a good service, and amicable staff Radisson blue is the place to go. It's near the airport, so it's always convenient for those with business in the area. I need to go to Nelikkupan every day so I will not rate the location with 5 stars because the trip will be quite long every morning.
