SCAMMERS ALERT This is one of the worst hotels I've ever experienced. They showed AC rooms available while booking, but when I arrived to check in, I was told there were no AC rooms. The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, and to make it worse, they said they can't refund my money. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel

Not clean, no hot water, high price. Do not go by pictures in OYO.

We book through ola but they asked extra money. Rooms are ok but bedsheet is too dirty...

We 20 persons went to this hotel at 4.30 am to have a bath and fresh up and then to reach Airport to Catch Sri Lanka flight.The Hotel is worst to the core, Very bad condition.No Hot water, bad smell, even wash basins,Toilets are not cleaned properly.We could not stay more than1.5 hours due to the bad smell. I do not know how the Health dept gives permission to the hotel. To be closed permanently. Poorest Hotel.

Pathetic Hotel.. providing zero starts.. the owner is rude as hell , had confirmed booking from make my trip and yet he denied the booking saying no online bookings happens.. looting customers.. pathetic service.. shame on you for fooling people. Shame on you !!! Others please don't use this hotel they will just loot you.. shameless creatures

Totally waste of money. Their behaving is like rude. There is no cleanliness, no water in restroom, no Tv, no fan, bed is so ugly, while enter into room bad smell appears finally they charge 400extra but I don't know why they charge and if I question their answer is rude. Next time I won't book in this app I will go for OYO, Trivago and etc.

Worst experience ever!!! The rooms are never clean, no blankets, no bedsheets, no windows. Basically uninhabitable. And the people that run this place are the worst sort of people you can run into. Take my advice, it is better to stay in a bus stop overnight than in this overpriced broom closet

Please read this, so that you don't make any mistake like many of us. My experience at Flagship 44645 Airport Chennai ( Oyo ) or Grand Residency ( new name ) I have booked this Hotel room ( AC one ) via oyo app for rupees 375 and choose option to pay at Hotel but when I reached the hotel the younger and clever guy told me to not pay via oyo app, but scan this QR code and pay rupees 500 and not 375. He told me that these 500 rupees also include one Tax so I need to pay 500 not 375 if I want to book this room. Since I reached the hotel at midnight and I had no choice. So I had to book this hotel room. Now he gave me key and when I entered my room, I saw that there is no AC available. I had no strength to argue with him since I was very tired after traveling for whole day. Now at midnight when I was sleeping I heard some noise and when I wake up, I saw that there is a mouse playing with my suitcase and bag. There was no almirah in the room. Also, i only slept for 1-2 hr, since clever guy was watching reels and Facebook videos on a high sound..... Please don't waste your money. Please don't spoil your mood.
