Excellent stay at Posh Residency! The room was spotless and comfortable. Friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

They charge 3000/- for 24hrs but well maintained service apartment without kitchen... Located near to RK convention hall... Which was easy to travel..

It's below average, it's ok for the price but the rooms are not clean

Rooms and services were good. It's near the beach. We enjoyed it with family and friends. Had a great time playing and spending quality time

Nice place to stay Beach is just less than 1 km. Restaurant will about 2 km away. But if u bring grocery & vegetables, u can cook your in the kitchen as all kitchen utensils are made available. It is good for group of families attending a marriage in the nearby hall & staying around 2/3 days

Stayed for 7 days straight. Very good stay experience. Room is cleaned every morning. Break fast is so good. Staff are very friendly. Perfect budget place to stay with your partner. Unmarried couples are not at all questioned. Swimming pool is also maintained very good.

It's a service apartment. Each apartment has 3 rooms. The rooms are air conditioned with double bed. The rent is bit high. We can approach them by a vehicle only. It is very far off from bus stop..

** BED BUGS ** do not stay here. Hotel difficult to find, no signs. Lift does not work and reception on 1st floor, they did not come to help with bags. They demanded payment straight away before we even saw our rooms. OYO says card payment accepted but it wasn't. Thankfully we didn't pay then. No real furniture in the room apart from bed, no bedside table or chair. No drinking water. Fleece blankets used as sheets which I doubt have been washed. No towel or soap offered (had to ask at 3am after woken up by bed bugs). Toilet seat not attached. Shower to tap button not working so poor power of the shower. Wifi didn't work. I WAKE UP AT AROUND 3am to find my bed and pillow completely infested with BED BUGS. I have bites all over my body. Also the property next door has a security patrol throughout the night and he repeatedly blew a loud whistle every 30 mins as far as I can tell. This property is disgusting. Needs to be removed from OYO listings. The staff were just young boys who had no idea how to treat a customer.
