Disaster hotel. Even though with a little maintenance and care the place can be much, much better. The place is falling apart. When I stayed for a weekend, the lift keyboard panel went missing, see picture, creating a worrying scenario that someone could be electrocuted. One evening the water tank went dry leading to no water in the bathrooms. The AC remote worked incessantly - sometimes working, otherwise not. Note to management. The hotel, in a good location, with a little care can be a nice place for a business trip. Look after it well.

I AM SURE THERE IS ONLY ONE 'PINE TREE' BESIDE PARK HYATT HOTEL. IT HAS BEEN RECONFIRMED WITH SWIGGY THAT DELIVERY WAS MADE AT THE RIGHT ADDRESS. 2. REGARDING EXCESS CHARGES FOR EARLY CHECKIN OF RS 1500/- INFORMATION WAS NEITHER PROVIDED TO ME NOR CONFIRMED BY ME AT THE TIME OF CHECKIN. THIS IS FALSE CLAIM. I WAS ASKED TO PAY RS 2,800/- AT CHECKIN. LOOKS LIKE THE ADDITIONAL CHARGE IS AN AFTER THOUGHT FOR WHAT EVER REASON. RECEPTIONIST ASKED ME TO PAY ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF RS 1500/- AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT TO SOME PERSONAL NUMBER, WHICH WAS DENIED AND PAID ONLY TO QR CODE AT RECEPTION DESK. POINT IS I ENDED UP PAYING RS 4300/- FOR A NIGHT STAY (CHECKIN AT 7 AM AND CHECKOUT AT 8 AM NEXT DAY) FOR A PROPERTY THAT HAS NO FACILITIES AS CLAIMED. HAD THIS INFORMATION BEEN GIVEN WHEN A SPECIAL REQUEST WAS MADE FOR EARLY CHECK-IN AND EARLY CHECK OUT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING, WHICH WAS MADE MUCH IN ADVANCE, I WOULD HAVE CERTAINLY OPTED FOR A DIFFERENT PROPERTY. THAT WOULD HAVE SAVED ME SOME MONEY AND THIS WORST EXPERIENCE. 3. YOUR CLAIM OF BRINGING THREE GUESTS ALONG WITH ME IS COMPLETELY FALSE AND LAUGHABLE. I CAME ON A SOLO TRIP FOR BUSINESS REASONS AND WAS OUT OF THE PROPERTY MOST OF THE TIME. I AM AT PROPERTY ONLY AT NIGHT TO SLEEP AND NO GUESTS CAME TO VISIT ME AT THAT TIME. IT'S OK IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO TAKE CUSTOMER FEEDBACK SERIOUSLY, BUT TAKING A COVER OF MISREPRESENTING FACTS AND FALSE CLAIMS MAY NOT HELP AND IS LIKELY TO IMPACT CREDIBILITY OF THIS PROPERTY FURTHER. Extremely disappointing experience. The facilities provided did not match what was promised, offering no value for money. Despite requesting a late check-out, I was charged an additional 1500 for just one extra hour. The rooms were extremely small, poorly maintained, and not cleaned properly. The staff were discourteous and unprofessional--they didn't even offer drinking water upon arrival. The hotel lacks an in-house kitchen, and when I ordered food from outside, the delivery was intercepted by the staff and never handed over to me. Despite Swiggy confirming successful delivery, the receptionist claimed it was never received, effectively leaving me without dinner. This level of service is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this property.

I have visited for my visa in Chennai, there is no good service and no proper treatment from the management; there is no hot water if you ask they told me to waste 5 buckets of water then we will get the hot water even tho no use. They are simply blaming to the customer and no proper responce from the front desk. Location and rooms are good but no proper service

Pathetic. They charge high and rooms are with bed bugs light are flickering ac no cover. Ceiling broken.They charge 3200 for this.

"Not Worth the Price for a Standard Room" I stayed here for one night in a standard room and felt it didn't match the cost. The room was quite small and cramped, lacking basic amenities like an electric kettle and tea bags, which I'd expect at this price point. There was no buffet breakfast option, and food was only available through in-room service, which limited variety. Additionally, the room only had one plug point, which was inconvenient for charging multiple devices. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this room for the price paid.

Plus: 1. Convenient location to catch the metro stations, restaurants, IIT, Anna University, Raj Bhavan, Swimming complex during the events. 2. Service: Fantastic and professional staffs 3. Cleanness: Neat and clean 4. Complimentary Breakfast: Reasonable 5. Reception: well maintained 6. Wifi: Accessible without any hassle 7. Staffs: Good 8. Room size: Suitable for 2 pax 9. Overall service: 4.5/5 Considerations: 1. Management to consider the special discounts for regular customers.

Unfortunately, my experience was not up to the standards I had anticipated. There were no breakfast choices available, which was quite disappointing. More importantly, I was alarmed by the lack of hygiene in the room. During the night, I encountered various pests, including rats, cockroaches, and lizards, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy my stay.

Decent stay but too much disturbance due to noise from road. Also I had booked for deluxe room with breakfast but they said no breakfast available.
