Perfect stay.... It does not live up to its name, it's not a perfect stay at all, it was quite the opposite, to start, there was no one at the reception half the time, there is no room service so me and my family go out to eat and wherever we pass the reception, there's no one there half the time, we have to go search for the receptionist to give our key to, and then when we come back we have to search for him to give us our key back... The atmosphere was trash, walls were stained with what looked like either coffee or vomit, I hope it's just coffee... As for the bathroom, the taste of the water from the sink whenever we had to wash our mouth was off... it didn't taste like normal water so we just used our drinking water.... And to wash our hands, there's no soap... We're lucky we bring our own soap in case of situations like this.... We are lucky that we only took 1 night in that terrible hotel... Do. Not. Go. Here, there are better places... And for the price of the room, it's not worth it at all... The toilet seat was broken and I had to adjust when sitting on the toilet... It was hard... The hand pipe barely sprayed any water, it sprayed water with no power and water only came out of a few holes of the hand pipe... The only good thing about this was the bed and the smart TV, the bed was soft and comfortable and the tv was a smart TV, but 2/3 remotes (to the AC and TV and other appliances) was missing the back hood where the batteries were. My over-all experience was bad, don't go here, there's better options.

One of the worst experiences ever. No lift, no staff to help you lunge your luggage, no staff at reception in night in case of emergencies, no working intercom, the bathroom and room walls are coloured with what looks like vomit, sheets aren't fresh. No matter how much the discount avoid this place. And they'll ask you to check out early also.

Bare minimum facilities. Rooms, bed, cot neat and well maintained. No lift and no service to get basic needs from outside. Even for coffee tea has to go out. The room rent is very high at rs.1700 for double room considering limited services. However staff are polite and courteous.

10 mins drive in taxi to airport.... good for a quick stay over.... not a very cozy place, but has basic amenities.... no elevator, so, if you have luggages, it may become cumbersome.... no restaurant or catering services available.... however it is much cheaper....

A Disappointing Stay My recent stay at Perfect Stay was unfortunately far from what I had anticipated. The room I was assigned left much to be desired, and I feel compelled to share my experience. Upon entering the room, I couldn't help but notice a musty odor that immediately dampened my excitement. The overall cleanliness of the space was questionable, with visible dust and grime in various corners. Cockroaches all around the room. The worn-out carpet underfoot didn't instill a sense of comfort either. The bed, a critical component of any hotel room, was a major letdown. The mattress seemed past its prime, sinking uncomfortably in the middle. It was evident that the linens hadn't been properly refreshed, as I noticed a couple of stains that made me question their cleanliness. The bathroom, unfortunately, didn't fare any better. To add to the disappointment, the room lacked basic amenities that are typically expected in a hotel room. The absence of a functional workspace, limited electrical outlets, and poor lighting made it challenging to work or even relax comfortably. While the views from the window were promising, they were overshadowed by the overall condition of the room. The noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway also contributed to a disrupted night's sleep. Despite the shortcomings, I must acknowledge that the hotel staff was polite and attempted to address my concerns. However, the fundamental issues with the room itself could not be easily remedied during my short stay. In conclusion, my experience at Perfect Stay was far from satisfactory. The room's subpar condition, lack of amenities, and overall discomfort left me feeling disappointed. I hope that the hotel management takes these critiques to heart and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests.

Travellers to Chennai, please do not book this hotel for your stay. What ever price you see as an online deal for the hotel is not accepted by the hotel owner. They will deny your check in and ask you for more money. I had a really bad experience and I lost my Rs.8,683. I'm a solo traveller and used Make My Trip for my hotel booking. I booked the hotel room with an online deal of Rs.5551 for 7 nights (June 25 2023 - July 5 2023). When I reached the hotel, they denied the check in. I was forced to pay Rs.3132 to get the room. There was no other option infront of me doing that since I had my luggage with me. I called Make My Trip customer care and informed about the incident. They said they will help me with the refund of the additional amount which I've paid. I sent the receipt of the additional amount as requested by Make My Trip. Unfortunately on the same day of check in, I had to vacate the hotel room and leave to my home town due to a medical emergency. Now the hotel has denied the refund. So basically I had to pay Rs.8683 to stay in that pathetic hotel for 6 hours. It's not a 5 star hotel as you think. Now Make My Trip has also changed their word. They say that, since the hotel has denied the refund, they cannot help. They advised me to get legal help to get my money from the hotel. It's the hard earned money I've lost to stay in this hotel just for 6 hours. Anyways I'm not going to give up. Let's see how the consumer court can help me in this situation, no matter how many years will it take. So please do not waste your money here in this hotel my fellow travellers.

The staff behaviour was really good. The room which we got was spacious but the bed and it's spread was dirty. And most important of all, don't switch on heater while using washroom. I got shock
