Park Avenue Hotel, Chennai

Very clean. Fab staff! Excellent breakfast and great location for Christ University in Bangalore too. Can't get over how thoughtfully designed the rooms are. Amazing experience and I hope that they open such business hotels across the country as they are doing something very tight!

It was a very good experience at park avenue . Everthing was well managed and maintained Rooms,services and all other things. But the main best thing was the staff which was well mannered,Cooperative and helpful. The moment we checked in to the moment we checked out the cooperation and hospitality of hotel staff was very nice. I prefer to all visit the hotel at least one time .

We stayed there for three days. It's very good service and the best team for housekeeping. Front Desk staff are approaching very nicely. Breakfast is also good.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Park Avenue! From the warm welcome by Yasmeen to the overall hospitality, everything was excellent. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay truly pleasant. The staff was attentive, and the service exceeded my expectations. I'd definitely recommend this place and would love to visit again!

Rooms smell like not in use for days. No shaving or dental kit. Toilets are clean but old and none of the locks work.Furnitures are old and broken. Service is not up to mark.One of the worst hotel in Chennai , Not at all recommended. No quality service, No hot water and the CP break fast is worst.
