First of all they accept online bookings and when I reached the location they denied the room. I was left with no stay and during late evening. I even requested them to privide a room irrespective of the cost as i had no other backup. Yet they denied. Secondly they don't even have the courtesy to apologize for their mistake. Lastly, their security guard had the audacity to ask for a tip after I had to go through such horrible experience. I won't suggest anyone to stay here no matter how great the facilities might be. If they don't know how to treat people being from service industry it's a failure altogether.

Pro:Nice hotel. It is in heart of the city. Rooms are spacious and all facilities are up to mark. They have swimming pool & gym. Con: Staff don't understand Hindi & some of them ignores you in case you tries to make some conversation in Hindi/English. Restaurant staff is not trained so expect some delays.

Nice rooms, good room service. My only problem was there was an issue with online booking being not confirmed when I reached here. So recommend hotel for what they really offer, but make sure you ring up hotel ahead of coming regarding confirmation.

Celebrated my daughter's first birthday in the events hall and was very happy with the service. I must say they had the best food in town for a hotel. Amazing taste and quality and all my friends and relatives had come back to me to say how amazing the food was. Really happy I chose this place for the event. PS: giving it a 4 star because of my experience with their interior decorator (they don't allow outside decorators, so no other choice other than to go for their recommendation) who was extremely arrogant while dealing with the entire party decoration process.

The receptionist is very rude and when we book 2 rooms. He says each room accommodates 1 person and I have to pay for the second person and made us pay extra for 2 people

It's my first time at this hotel and it was booked by my clients as it's on a 10 minute drive from the factory. The hotel positioning is very convenient and there are multiple eateries and shops to explore nearby. The check-in procedure was quick and I was escorted very well to the room. The room was pretty okay for the price point. The room is clean however the face towels are never placed inside the bathroom and neither tissue box which is an important part of the amenity. The couch in the room is torn and I don't understand why it was never fixed (picture attached). The room wifi sucks which makes it very difficult to attain ZOOM calls (maybe I ain't their target clientele). Ordered food from room service on day 1. It was good. Me and my friend ordered a beer and ice bucket last night which took 35 minutes to be delivered (had to call 3 times to ensure delivery).

We recently booked banquet hall for my daughters birthday function. Everything was on point. They were very polite and the service was awesome. And the food was extraordinary. We could easily reach the concerned person for any clarification. And they were so open to listen to our thoughts. A special thanks to manager Mr Kani for makin our day more special

Party hall taken for sunday and we had a wonderful experience. Food was so good. Biriyani is the one that we had liked the most with extreme fine style of cooking. Overall best experience. Thank you for the hospitality and looking forward to meet again.
