Now hotel is closed & they are started hospital don't go

One of the worst service ever I met I booked 3 rooms and I paid full amount but while asking for the room they said all rooms are full and we won't let you in and the person from the reception not responding properly

Pathetic, the receptionist guy asking 300 excess money for my booking done through the Oyo app ,he said he won't provide me the room unless If I pay 800 for a non AC room, finally had a argument and left the property,don't ever plan to visit this property ,very worst customer service,and please replace that useless receptionist person.
