OYO Home 67104 Harma Residency

Worst rooms, worst receptionist, two north indians, they will give only one room key if we have booked three rooms, inspite of people are there to use that other rooms, they don't even have proper drinking water facility, bathrooms will not have latches, actually they aren't rooms at all, they are jus a three bhk house of which these oyo ppl use those rooms, bed sheets will be nasty, sick looking place

Rooms were good along with room service and located in a very nice residential place with reasonable charges

Nothing was good. Booked through online and they are demanding extra amount and Finally paid the extra amount and got the room and then it begins the room is too small and washroom with geyser not working full rusted i asked the person why geyser is not working and he told it's not working then i asked him even though you knew but you gave the room without intimation and then he told you didn't asked before..then asked to change the room but he simply refused and said no room left

DON'T EVER BOOK THIS I have made my booking through makemytrip. We reached the location and straightaway the guy in reception said - 'we cant take you in , because you have made online payment'. In makemytrip, there is no option to pay at the property, so what the hell we are suppose to do ? If you arent accepting the booking, why the hell you are listing the property and making it available?? We were running short of time and we had to get dressed up and attend a function nearby, so we didnt have enough time to check other properties. We were forced to take a room offline here by paying 3*makemytrip amount. Okey, i could let that also go, but the freaky part was the room! Oh my god... in my life i have never ever seen such a filthy room.. bedsheet, pillows, curtains, floor everything stinks so badly. Maintained in a very poor and unhygenic condition. We were dying to get out of the place. I was disgusted to sit in the bed also, because it looked like a brothel scene from movies. PS: if u have a bedsheet, instead of booking this property, go and sleep in the footpath. Its much cleaner and safer.

basically it was just a waste of my hard earned money. when i booked the app said 1,300 but when i visited the property they asked me to pay 1,700. i would've been happy at least if the room was worthy of the amount i paid, but that a big no. the room was terrible, dirty, smelly. talking about the restroom it was simply yuck. geyser wasn't working, water dripping from taps, algae on the walls, etc... certain things i'm hesitant to share here. my advice don't ever consider this property if u are looking for a good and hygienic place to stay.

Oyo is the worst because we have booked A room on the 16th and paid the full amount of 552/- for the very next day 17th check-in and 18th check-out so we went to the location on 17th for check-in and I gave my booking ID to the receptionist, he checked and told me that you have to pay another 999/- then I get shocked because in a call they said it is only 552 and I have paid full amount as well so I went to the Oyo app and checked there also it got updated like pending amount is 999/- so it's a worst experience in Oyo.

They denied my check in saying that room is not available even though my booking is confirmed with OYO. Worst place. No proper response. I had raised a complaint with OYO. OYO customer care person said that the property manager didn't pick the call. The receptionist was sitting with don't care attitude. THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING ROOM HERE also with OYO. Very Very worst response ever. And, OYO also could not provide me help, hence I ended up paying high in another hotel after searching for a shelter nearly 3 hours.

The Accommodation did not meet up with the expectations of the OYO brand. The rooms were not clean and the restroom was unhygienic. And the manager may charge you more. The location of the property seems to be safe for the couples. There is nothing to explore inside the property apart from the dirty room and the unhygienic restroom. Couples who prefer an hourly stay may enjoy the property.
