Terrible Experience - Rude Staff and Hidden Charges! I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Hotel. We had made a pre-booking well in advance, expecting a smooth check-in process. However, upon arrival, the hotel staff demanded extra charges without any valid explanation. This was not mentioned during the booking process, which felt like a clear attempt to overcharge us. To make matters worse, when we inquired about our rooms, the staff behaved very rudely. Instead of assisting us properly, they were dismissive, unprofessional, and completely lacked basic hospitality manners. It was evident that they did not care about customer satisfaction. Their attitude was arrogant and unwelcoming. And at the end, they didn't even gave us the room. We even talked to their property manager and he said your accommodation has been cancelled and you will get the refund (which he was even not ready to give the other day). It was 10:00 pm at night and he cancelled our booking and didn't give the rooms. The entire experience felt like a scam. A hotel should prioritize transparency, politeness, and customer service, but unfortunately, this place fails in all aspects. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel unless they want to deal with hidden charges and terrible service. Would NOT recommend. There are far better hotels that actually respect their customers and honor their commitments. I sincerely request OYO Hotel Bookings to review and remove this hotel from their platform. The hotel engages in hidden charges and has rude, unprofessional staff who do not respect customers. This kind of service damages the trust customers place in OYO. To maintain OYO's reputation and ensure a positive experience for future guests, I urge you to take strict action against such hotels that fail to meet basic hospitality standards.

Hotel India Gate - A Nightmare Stay | OYO's Deceptive Practices My recent stay at Hotel India Gate through OYO was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. The hotel looked decent in the photos on OYO and Google Maps--clean rooms, well-furnished interiors, and a comfortable ambiance. However, the reality was completely different and nothing short of a scam. Horrible Conditions & Unhygienic Rooms * The washrooms were broken, with dirty, unwashed walls. * Bedsheets and pillow covers were filthy, clearly not changed for a long time. * The place was infested with mosquitoes, making it impossible to sleep. * The room was not even worth 200 per day, yet they charged a whopping 1,200 per night! Rude & Rowdy Staff Behavior The staff was completely unprofessional and behaved like street thugs. When I complained about the mosquito problem, the receptionist aggressively replied, "If you want to stay, then stay. You won't even get an All-Out mosquito killer!" Such an arrogant response from hotel staff is unacceptable! OYO's Deception & Scam OYO is blatantly cheating customers by listing such pathetic hotels with fake images and misleading descriptions. When you book online, the hotel refuses to accept it, forcing you to pay extra in cash. They are running a scam by showcasing good-looking rooms online but offering slum-like accommodations in reality. Final Verdict - Avoid at All Costs! This was not just a bad stay--it was a nightmare. OYO should be held accountable for listing such hotels and scamming innocent travelers. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Hotel India Gate and be cautious when booking through OYO.

"EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE"! Worst OYO hotel ever, DO NOT STAY! This OYO's shocking behaviour... They should learn how to talk with people mannerly the staff/call center people.... Unprofessional staffs, booking issues and refused to refund , makes it the place to avoid.... WORST OYO HOTEL!

Recently stayed at this hotel for doing some marine courses near by. It's a typical old oyo hotel with cheap amenities not at all hygienic rooms was in pathetic condition and after request they atleast cleaned the toilet. You can choose hotel like sakthi guest house near by its worth the price dnt take this hotel otherwise if you dnt have any other option. 300 rs lodge that's all I can say for this hotel and they charging premium price in oyo.

I had a terrible stay at O India Gate Par View. Stained bedsheets, no basic hygiene, unsafe room and rude staff. My stay was nothing short of a nightmare.

That management is not good and that manager mr. Paul was so rude. That AC was so disgusting television wax not working at all... I advice not to choose such unhygienic place anymore....

Very worst pls don't waste your money even reception boy didn't respond iam waiting more than holfnour I booked 1 day but I left from the room within a hour pls refund my money don't do this kind of service cheating

blanket and bed sheets were unhygeinic not changed from previous customer soaps ,towels and drinking water not provided bathroom and toilet hygeine very below anybody can think room was having garbage and paper wastes staff very rude and not concerned about customer customer service was zero
