OYO Flagship Grand Residency Near Kasi Talkies

I have not seen a service any worse than what I saw here. First of all the hotel charges you extra when you come to claim your room after you have paid online already. They give no reason as to why the extra charge other than this is what it is. The room is of course over priced. The service is so bad, that they don't even care that you are complaining directly to them about their bad service. The bedsheets and the room is dirty. They simple give an excuse saying it will be cleaned in the evening. What is the person supposed to do in the day time then? All in all this is no better than a 1 star room which mind you costs you more than 1k per room per night.

Had worst experience here. 1.Location it is at the end of the street felt like going inside an abandoned street. 2. The receptionist asked us extra charge (we had book through OYO) we had to talk a lot to get a receipt for the extra charge. 3. Room is not maintained properly, it smells and the bed spread had stains. We asked them to change the bed spread they didn't even care us. 4. Water was not coming. In my opinion not suitable for families not at all.

Worst place to stay, their rooms are not even cleaned. They are charging higher prices and they are changing the prices from person to person , when we book online and pay in hotel , they ask for extra charges for nothing! Totally its not worth

A very shady hotel, difficult to find the location at night. Dead scared to reach the hotel. At the desk, they asked for extra payment of Rs. 500, even though I have completed the payment through OYO. Since it was in the middle of the night and roads with scary dogs, I preferred to make the payment, but they won't give you a BILL/ RECEIPT. The rooms are okay, but they are dirty. We can't expect better services for the cash we pay. Overall not a good experience, if you are courageous, and willing to pay some extra cash, GO FOR IT. Note : For those of you who still wants to go, it's on the way where Baba temple is located

The online price was different and the offline price is different before going to the property to confirm the amount with the hotel staff member no proper neatness no proper service no proper parking and room was very bad smile and dirty too....
