OYO Flagship 6339 Anna Nagar

I liked the hotel. Just that lift isn't there , it will be a problem if you are loaded with luggages. It is located in a narrow street , very risky to take cars inside. All the basic amenities were good. It was dorm room, there is TV in a common hall , others were Ac bedrooms. Rooms are clean and well maintained. They need id proof for checking in. There is parking lot here.

Worst staff performance. In the room both tube light and night lamp not working and even after 6 reminder they have not bother to attend. Entire night by keeping the bath room door open managed. Cleaning very poor. I stayed in room no 115 which had a no smoking sticker but noticed several end pieces of cigarettes when entered. No welcome kit or no welcome breakfast. Water not kept and when I asked they informed that water is not compliment but chargeable. I have traveled from Kanyakumari to Simla and Mumbai to Punjab and Delhi but never seen such a worst behavior.

A very private and good place for staying in Chennai. It is near Anna Nagar. Staff are quite courteous and responsive. Have used multiple times and cleanliness has never been an issue. I would highly recommend it for short trips. PS: They don't have a canteen. However, food can be delivered to reception and you can pick it at your leisure.

2 stars for the worst possible customer service by the owner. The manager was a decent guy and accommodated us. Although we had made a prior booking for attending a friend's marriage, and we were a party of 9,they wouldn't let us in because some of us were localites. The owner wouldn't even respond to our queries. It was almost after midnight and we didn't have any other place to go to.

The brand name OYO speaks for itself. One of the best apartments I have ever been to. Situated near Mogappair, this service apartments are of the best quality at a nominal price. All basic amenities are available. The rooms are fresh and neatly maintained. Water facility is good. Bathrooms are well-maintained. Bed sheets are properly washed and taken good care. Extremely delighted to be there at a nominal price range. Parking facility is available. Overall experience was great.

Good Stay. Oyo has a good service. Ac , wifi, breakfast, clean lenin , hygienic toilets. Overall experience was really good. And they allow early check in without charges. Great experience over all. But place hard to find its in a deep street.

Good hotel better to say service apartment. Thoroughly clean room and toilet. Food is also ok types. Only issue no restaurant facility only room delivery. And kitchen opens only after morning 10.30 am.

Tv was not working... Water in rest room looks mud color and also toilet,bed was not so cleen... And also when entering into room we had awkward smell.... Need to improve... But the breakfast is good and Ac, fan, light all are good ..
