Staff performance and facility location are acceptable. However, several room-related issues require attention, including a damaged toilet seat, inadequate air conditioning, and inconsistent water tank replenishment.

Not even an average level of hospitality. The bedsheets were torn. The blanket had a lot of bruises. There wasn't a doormat and the bathroom wasn't very clean. Even the phone was dead. You have to travel all the way to ground floor to talk to the reception. And overall there was a huge dullness in a room. For all this we checked-in at around 7 AM and checked-out at around 12 noon, paying around 2000 Rs. Please don't book this. You will definitely find a better hotel in a similar fees. We found a better one on Mahabalipuram Road and that too in lesser price. Good luck to your hotel search.

Poor Quality Stay, this is basically a cheap lodge disguised as a Hotel. The Rooms are decent but the Hotel service is pathetic. "BreakFast" is a Joke (2 or 3 items on offer which tastes extremely bad) It's like they had some food to throw out but instead they decided to offer it in the breakfast which by the way doesn't start until 8.30am. They do not have any air conditioning on their dining area, just one staff deployed there and the items are finished before you can even start eating. I checked in and I was given a Room with a broken bed (The Manager was well aware about this, yet he gave me the room, was trying to be smart that he'll get away with it) Immediately I asked for the Room to be changed. Housekeeping work goes on until evening, odd hours and the staff is poorly trained. You get what you pay for, I'd suggest to spend a few extra and get a better Hotel instead. OYO franchise name is being damaged by this Hotel, should be avoided at all costs.

Checked in on 1-Oct-2019 for one night. Towel provided was not clean (looked dirty and had stains). Only quilt was available in the room, no sheet to cover. Quilt can't be used as the weather is always hot. There was no water running in from the wash basin tap. There were mosquitoes in the room with no repellent.

Its totally a good service from the St marks team its flexible for both family and friends who are looking for good hotel of any one want lot of flexibility in your package please visit this hotel. Even though it was my first visit to star hotel the provided good service I was totally happy while coming out.

You will get a cigarette smell everywhere. Maintenance was too bad. Don't even try to go with your family. The rooms are horrible intercom is disconnected, doors are broken, ac is not working. And they have a worst restroom. Rooms are so congested.

Very good stay, service and pricing . Only issue was the room and bathroom both had cigarette smell . It took multiple room freshener sprays to get rid of it . Room service is really good . Didn't try food at restaurant . Location wise it is in well accessible.

AC create lots of noise. Reception is not helpful and not friendly at all. I placed 2 request of complaint about AC is not working and door lock is not working and request gone into deaf year. For hot water, gyser too has some.prb but I managed somehow in the morning.
