OYO Dakshin Serviced Apartment Near Thiruvalluvar Nagar Beach

Day 1 - I told the manager that fan isn't working and ac isn't cooling and nothing was done. Day 2 - I bought my own fan and survived on that. Badly maintained apartment. Day 1 - I bought cleaning chemicals and cleaned the toilet since it was like public toilet. Unclean bed sheets and dirty pillows. I continued because my medical facility was very close by and there was none nearby. Cockroaches, lizards all around inside the house. And usually it's the mosquitoes that bite you but in their case it's baby spiders who bite you at night. 2 weeks back this property has converted to Oyo so all the 3 hour bookings are prevalent here.

1. No towels provided 2. No soap provided 3. No mirror( i had to shave in the lobby as there was a mirror there) 4. No hot water in bathroom 5. No glasses or water in room 6. No plates to eat -Dinning room only for 1st floor elite guests 7. No restaurant or tie up with any restaurants 8. No place to hang wet clothes in bathroom or elsewhere. 9. No one cleaned the room for 3 days - No housekeeping service 10. No laundry service - I have been asking the reception since yesterday for any laundry and he keeps on telling me someone will come - dont know when! 11. TV not working. 12. No cable 13. No WiFi 14. Broken toilet seat Lastly at a lesser price we can get a better room and better service nearby.

Guys don't book this hotel.the hotel very2 dirty floor and never sweep the floor No change bed sheets No wifi No hot water Tv not working Bad small in bedroom Pillow also bad small Aircond turn off automatically in the middle of the night n The room was dirty, The room smell of toilet smell,I never seen such a hotel like this. Really disappointed

The fan not working, AC was making noise that we couldn't sleep, also leaking that wet the bed, no lock in washroom, too small room, smelling pillow and mattress, third quality apartment, no cleaning, there were multiple condoms in drawers and used dirty sanitary napkins that means no cleaning done before checkin, so cheap people so cheap property, never go to this

This place is wrongly marked. Anyways don't try to find actual place as it's very bad. They demand more money upon reaching. Rooms are stinky.
