OYO 73855 Golden Stays

They made me to cancel my booking as I made online payment. Worst manager and I have never seen a person with such rude behaviour. Also OYO simply cancelled my booking without even informing me.

Worst rooms and washrooms not as shown in the picture. We booked online including sanitisation it shown and they asked extra money for sanitisation we paid and rooms are not cleaned properly the bedsheets everything was too worst.

I really hated this place, receptionist was in banian and lungi and was just woke up when I reached hotel at 11:30am. Not suggested for family especially at all, staff behaviour is worst and rude.

I stayed 1st August 2021. Rooms are pathetic. Not worth the money. The reception is empty throughout and the staffs were not available all the time. I literally felt staying in streets.

Feel unsafe place . Not good for family or couples. Restroom is not usable and no water was available . May be place for bachelors to party

Neat environment and good staffs.. fully sanitised in this covid 19.. safe place to stay

Neat and well sanitized. Good infrastructure. But the entrance makes me little bit discomfort thats the reason to reduce 1 star.

Not as shown in pics. Absolutely fraud and cheat. Those are really nonsense and very rude. Loffer running this even OYO supported very well. Absolutely Nonsense
