OYO 3715 Nest lay Mogappair

Hotel manager is very amiable and cooperative, Excellent hotel of this class. Newer property and kept very clean. Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming, and room service is very good too. I do wish the room had a fridge - eating out every night comes with a lot of leftovers that I have to throw away since I have no place to store them.

Lacks neatness, basic amenities require improvement. Worst towels and unclean bed spreads. Air conditioners not functioning properly. Frequent power cuts. Toilets are not clean. No regular house keeping. Irregular supply of water that too in morning hours. Turbid and muddy water for use

The one star is simply for the cooperation and understanding shown by the OYO rooms executive. Other than this, the entire stay at the hotel has been one horrible thing after another. On arrival, no proper lights, AC or functioning fan. Throughout the night, fan speed kept fluctuating and at one point, had stopped completely for almost an hour. Even after repeated complaints to the manager, all we got was that this happens and nothing can be done. I would definitely not recommend this place for anyone. And forgot to mention about the cockroaches staying happily in restroom...

Stayed at this hotel for medical check-up of my father at Apollo speciality hospital.||The good|1. WiFi|2. Market is at walkable distance|3. Located at a peaceful residential area||The bad|1. Arrogant receptionist, knows no other languages than Tamil. Keeps making noise by sitting at the lobby playing videos loudly on his phone.|2. Rooms stinks. Badly.|3. Ground floor rooms are very damp due to no sunlight opportunity and no ventilation(not sure about the 1st floor rooms. I had to stay in ground floor because of my father who is weak and cannot take the stairs)|4. No kitchen|5. No fridge in room|6. Overpriced

It's a good home stay hotel in Mogappair west. It's kind of villa under Oyo management . It is located at a nice residential area, you have all the restaurants, grocery shops, shopping complexes, gym and park available at walking distance. Check out the prices prior to book as the prices vary randomly during weekends. Unmarried couples are not welcome here.

I was there last week, this places is managed by goons only. They are so lethargic. we paid for the breakfast but these guys took the money and never came back. we shouted at the so called manager who wasn't even trying listen to us.. There are better places nearby please book else where if you dont want a bad experience. Zero star

An pocket friendly bed and breakfast facility with an AVG. Tariff of USD 25-30 /night . It's an house converted into guest house with 6 room available for renting . Located around 500 mts from highway inside an residential society . No nearby good dine in option are available .No gym , No swimming pool , no laundry service . Reception is taken care by an housekeeper who stays at place 24*7 .Parking is an issue too

Absolute nightmare for a traveller. Very bad odour coming from the room. Very bad water supply in the bathroom. Very less secure for a lone woman traveller. I left within an hour of coming and booked another hotel.
