No in-house canteen is a big draw back. No laundry services also. Rooms are good.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night with my dad as we were on a business tour. I had asked one of my friends to arrange for a resonable accomodation that is not too expensive and near the egmore railway station as its one of the central places in Chennai. Now coming to the point the good thing of the hotel is that its not too far from the egmore railway station just a 5-10 mins walk from the station. But you can find some even better hotels just outside egmore railway station. The hotel has a 24 hour check out policy so you can plan accordingly without paying extra. They charge some Rs 1140.00 inclusive of taxes for a a/c double bedroom. The rooms are huge. Now coming to the minus points. The rooms are huge but whats the point if they are not cleaned properly ? The bed sheets were dirty, the toilet wasnt clean either it had a couple of cockroaches inside. The bathroom required urgent renovation. But given the price I wouldnt blame them, for such a price you cannot expect a 5 star room. They dont allow visitors also so incase you have to meet someone make sure that you meet them somewhere outside or in the hotel lobby which is okayish. I feel the hotel is suitable for budget solo travellers or for guys travelling on a budget for work or leisure. But i would strongly recommed to check out some other hotels opp egmore station before this place.

The hotel may look cosy and good both by its appearance and by its rooms. Because the rooms are well furnished and looks modern. But it annoys you when you got no enough space on the room for the money spent on it. The rooms and bathrooms are very small literally. All rooms are fitted with nice accessories, AC and satellite TVs with limited access to channels. Not an single English channel is accessible. Not even IPL... They don't even have intention to fulfill our request for the TV channels. The in-charge at the desk comes out with silly reasons. The staffs are humble and friendly to some extend. I had stayed twice here still they have not fitted the LIFT. I have to walk all way long to my room at the second floor. Also the rooms are filled by mosquitos. Of course they provide you mosquito replant on request, but i personally felt no use of it. The most pathetic situation is there is no restaurant or any kind of food facility in the hotel. Any thing you got to eat, you should go the next hotel situates by door step, which has delicious food.|||| I recommend this hotel for guys have their business visit only that too only for the following points:||1) It is close to Central and Egmore railway stations||2) Looks decent and value comparing the near by hotels

Lived here with family, We were three ladies travelling and asked a friend to book something that is not expensive and closer to the city.||Yes this was closer to the city, but was definitely not the value for money that we were looking at. There were roaches in the room and the room service would just broom the room to remove the roaches no permanent solution for them. The toilet was in a dismay condition, we lived here for 2 nights and were really disappointed. No doubt the location is quite central. The eateries around the hotel are quite decent for meals.

A nice hotel in a very good location for all outdoor facilities like shopping, restaurants, banks, atm's etc. Now about the hotel, the staffs are pleasant, willing to help us in every way, getting us the things we need from outside and very nice. The rooms are normal, a little small, bathroom was good. Sleep quality is normal. I feel worth the price.

Rooms are very spacious and furnished,but with the competetive tarrif.Room size approx 300 sq.ft.Staffs are very friendly,I bet no other hotel in chennai can give this type of room in this rate.

A nice hotel with great location. Its near by railway station & thus apart from that malls,restaurants, shops,etc are also near proximity. The hotel was decent, rooms were a bit small though & staff was also okish.
