Dear friends, ||If there was a negative rating, i would have given a minus -5 rating for this place. The reasons behind this negative rating is as follows: - ||1) The photos shown in trip advisor or Oyo or google are all photos taken during the launch of this resort. None of the photos look alike at the place.||2) The maintenance is so worst, that i think they clear or sweep the place only monthly once.||3) Kindly note that it is not a family friendly place, as you can see cigarette buds, empty liquor bottles, used condom packets and all sorts of dust in balcony, front reception or near the swimming pool or for that matter at the common area also.||4) The two care takers for this place are so worst in their work, that they always will be lying of the front reception sofa and you need to time and again wake them and get things worked at this place.||5) All the room mattress looks like they have never been cleaned or the bed spreads never been washed at all.||6) This place has no amenities or any sort of activity, just a swimming pool.||7) The food if ordered is brought from outside and served in the plates. If by chance you go and see the kitchen, you will never in your life eat at that place. The kitchen is so dirty and unhygienic. I had the fear of getting corona virus directly from the kitchen.||8) Finally, this place is unsuitable for bachelors or friends get together also. I find no families come here to the resort and only illegal activities are the main happening place here.||||We went to this place as a family get together and we were so much worried or feared by this place, that we literally couldn't enjoy at all. Please my sensible request to all who check the reviews of places before going to that place, avoid this resort as an option. Never ever go to this place.

Decent place to stay and more appropriate for the guys. Rooms hygiene is okay and pretty old building. Jacuzzi was there and not in the condition to use it. Bathrooms are bad enough.

Beach house very very worst nd not cleaned properly,u should improve your maintainance Ac nd tv remotes not working,nd somewhere don't have remotes No power back up No beach view,nd no ventilation in all rooms. totally it's not a beach house . U showed me ,photos only front view nd swimming pool Very frustrated sir.. because frnds came from long distance for this kind of atmosphere?

Nice place to have gathering with friends and family. Swimming pool is of decent size and the rooms actually feel like home.... overall it was a nice experience staying there.

Ok ok beach house. Big enough to accommodate 20 members. But utterly I'll maintained set up. Prime location is the advantage ..

Worst resort ,experienced in new night. It feels like a local wine shot setup waste of money
