In this hotel they add bar charges and than they ask to pay extra amount i already paid in oyo app but than he asked for extra amount to me and in my check out they said it's not our responsibility in this movement they not return to my extra amount of 510 and Manager it worst behaviour of all time receptionist his dad of worst

Rooms are very good. The breakfast served was really awesome. The staff was kind and friendly. Language was a bit of a problem. They weren't understanding even basic english. But our driver acted as the interpreter here! The location will be slightly difficult to find. But yes, the place and their service is really good. Cleanliness was maintained.

Room cleanliness is very poor and linen are dirty and bathroom stinking...they don't wash bedsheets..
night time power cut off, receptionist said generator under breakdown and power came only after 1 hours until that had to wait in sweat...they don't even care in any maintenance of room and utilities. Breakfast idly was like stone, not able to eat.
Room are large and good, but no provision for cup board to store bags and dresses. They keep locking the room of refrigerator and cup board.

This guest house offers very good and comfortable accommodation. The location is ideal as it has got good connection from all major business hubs and tourist destination. The rooms were quite large and service was excellently.

Good room ambience.. but it took 4km from main road to reach the location. No shops outside the Guest house.If you are having car you can choose this. Friendly room service...

A superb property with all the amenities, includes kitchen, fridge and everything at an very much affordable price, But the location is a huge draw back and the during night stepping out if the room is not advisable as the stairs will be full of Lizards and many types insects all around.||||Overall it is a Good property if you exclude the Lizards and Different Types of Insects.

Located in Narrow lanes of a Residential locality with no proper Roads. No Restaurant facility. You can have Snacks/Tiffins at Roadside Hotels at a distance of about 1 KM. And it takes 45 minutes to reach Chennai Airport located at a distance of about 9 KM. Added to this you have The Lousiest Guest House Management ever seen with a very Rude Receptionist. Strongly suggest Never ever go to this so called Guest House. If you have no alternative but this place, choose the option for payment at the time of checkin. Booked a Room online in this Hotel just to relax for a few hours before our early Morning flight on 10th February, 2019. Me and my wife in our late 50s reached this Guest House at 22.30 hrs of 09.02.2019 but the Receptionist rudely refused to honour our online Reservation. We had to leave the premises at mid of the night and forced to wait outside Chennai Airport for more than 4 hours before we could enter the Airport for check in.

Wish there was option for 0 star. First of all it's not situated in commercial area. It's situated somewhere very inside in residential area to reach there you have to go through narrow lanes. Spoiled my first time chennai journey. Somehow reached there even having such worse location but then they said that ROOMS ARE FULL BUT WE HAD A PRE BOOKING. This is the worst experience I had with any hotel.
