Worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. Please don't consider other paid reviews. Worst breakfast, Ever not making Tea in morning charging extra for Milk and other things. Not changing breakfast. No cleans room Fly ans conckrochs are there. Will not support Lauggauge transfer, Very rud behavior, Printer not working so not given Bill also trully 1/2 star hotel not a 3 at all.

One of the worst place I have ever stayed. Room were dirty and the service was very very bad. Most important thing is you can't park your car without damaging the frame. The slope was very bad. I had to park on empty ground opposite. The boys over there does not speak local language. The breakfast they bring, if you see you won't eat it. They carry food in open container on the street. I had to politely say no and ate outside. You also don't get hot water in the morning unless there is full sun. AC did not work and very dirty bedsheets. They gave excuse saying this is the maximum cleaning they can do. All the bedsheets have stains and disgusting. For the price, it is the wort place. Also if you see the kitchen, the fridge is full of fungus and mold. The entire kitchen was mold. The dining table was never cleaned and very sticky from early food.

We had stay for 2days . It was not good. Poor maintenance, A/C Not working properly. Un cleaned rest room and lot of hairs at room floors . Location was good . It was nice. Opposite of miot hospital and behind of kuper inn . Affordable cost if to be maintenance all.

If you can, avoid staying here. They have tie-ups with corporate companies in nearby areas like DLF and they offer serviced apartments. I can definitely say they offer the worst service. Very unprofessional people and staff. They literally call daily and ask for payment. No basic manners and etiquette. Room service is not good. And the food is very basic and limited. Absolutely not worthy for the price we pay for.

The room wall paints are peeling off. The small so called TV is inoperative. The pillow covers are dirty. The cupboards are rotten. No toiletries are provided, bring your own. Breakfast is just idly and Pongal only. Cut fruits looks very bad. No intercom to call the for any assistance. You have to go down yourself to get something. It is expensive (Rs2K) for this kind of terrible room.

Worst Experience in Chennai. The rooms are not at all maintained properly. The bathroom fittings are rusted. Fans and AC do not work in some of the apartments. The Fan keeps on wobbling as if it will fall anytime. The wardrobe provided does not have locks and in some rooms the wardrobe is broken.

Nice rooms with good ambience, really enjoyed first 3 days of my stay but frequent power cuts and generator not working lost sleep for last two days of my stay. Very slow and sluggish response for generator problems. Complimentary break fast was simple but yet good and tasty.
