The best stay we have got , it's really good maintained and furnished. It was really good experience staying here for 3 months . Food here is homely and excellent, the staff are really friendly including manager ,cook and everyone . The service is really good. Thanks for hospitality

Great stay for the price. Well maintained and hygienic. Spacious rooms, ideal for both bachelors and families. There are no safety lockers, however, there is a wardrobe with keys. I came across this service apartment on MMT. I compared the prices online and at the counter and both were the same. Complementary breakfast was served and in house dining is allowed with a decent menu. You can order from Zomato & Swiggy. All amenities are an arms distance from the hotel. There are fruit & grocery stores, hospitals and medical centers close by. Bakeries, Restaurants and Juice centers too.

We recently stayed at Olive Serviced Apartment in Chennai, OMR, and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, especially for those visiting Apollo OMR Hospital, as it is just a short distance away. There are also markets nearby, which made it very convenient for our day-to-day needs. The food provided was homely and delicious, which was particularly important for us as we were there for medical treatment. The property itself was clean, spacious, and airy, with well-maintained washrooms, adding to our comfort during the stay. The standout aspect of our stay was the staff, who were all incredibly nice and accommodating. A special mention goes to the manager, Alok, who went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and made our stay as comfortable as possible. His help was invaluable throughout our time there. Overall, I highly recommend Olive Serviced Apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-managed place to stay in Chennai, especially around the OMR area.

3 mins Walking distance from Gem Hospital. Great location. Rooms are basic but clean and large. Very Prompt and Good service. Limited items but very good breakfast.

Pros: Pleasant experience and good hospitality. Thanks to Mr. Alok for making it easy. All the staff members interact well. Addressed the issues reported immediately. Cons: Little expensive as a solo traveler. Felt like bedsheets were not washed properly. Hope it will be addressed in the upcoming visit.
