Olive Inn Serviced Apartaments

This place is pathetic apartment and not good for a stay in omr area. Please consider other options. The bed and sheets are very old and no kettle for water / tea in the room. No instructions for wifi or how to call reception from the phone in the room. Breakfast is offered free but not worth. Second day onwards i skipped breakfast and had from outside. No food options near by. Please avoid .

Super Excellent services at Olive In Serviced Apartment. They have treated us with human dignity. All the time i visit Chennai will be staying at Olive Inn Serviced apartment not anywhere else. Thank you again.

Very nice and clean, quiet location, only down side is mosquito problem. Guests must take care to keep the doors and windows closed.

Generally decent experience but terrible on reliability. Imagine having a confirmed booking and then going in for checkin at 10pm and being told there is no availability. Not a 1 off case, its regular with these guys. Happened to me 2 times recently, same with my colleague as well. They seem to overbook all the time. They will then try to look for an alternate place to stay and you have no control over the quality/location/cost. Take it or leave. Terrible experience. Best avoided.

Stayed in the 2bhk flat for almost 2 months. Clean rooms (could do with some ventilation and pest control in the kitchen). Mr. Mahadevan and Mr. Hanifa were very helpful. The service by the staff in cleaning was good. Car parking for 6 to 7 cars. Dried clothes in the terrace. 5 mins walk to OMR. Small eateries nearby and supermarkets, medical shops etc. Lord Ganesha temple nearby. The only problem was the traffic between perungudi and Madhya Kaikash, especially during peak hours. Taramani MRTS is about 2 kms. And a wee bit expensive for a long stay.

100 percent u can take rooms here without any doubt. Nice atmosphere very neat and clean. Feel like our own house. We can cook ourself. Inand around we have all shop to easy access. Thank u olive inn team

One big complaint is the noise! The rooms are very closely situated and due to lack of much furniture whenever room doors are closed it makes a lot of noise! The complimentary breakfast is not that good. There is a place downstairs where you can sit and eat. The laundry and ironing service is not that good. The staff is not very professional but quite helpful.
