Worst experience. The owner is very unprofessional. He overbooked the resort and asked us to check out at 8am while our booking was till 12pm. He was not even sorry about it and insisted on full payment. He damaged our vehicle and man handled us. The air conditioner was dirty, when I switched it on, chucks of dust came out of it. Only 4 rooms, a very small swimming pool. Waste of money and time

We are writing to complain about the excessive noise from the loudspeakers at your resort. We have tried to contact you directly, but only servants are there. They were unable to control the people making the noise from the loudspeakers. We are requesting that you take immediate action to address this public nuisance. The noise is causing nearby residences significant discomfort, and we are concerned about the potential long-term health consequences. We believe these sounds are violating local noise ordinances, and we urge you to take action as soon as possible. If you do not take action to address this problem, we will be forced to take further action, such as contacting the local authorities. Thank you for your time and consideration.

The owner behaved like a roudy at the end. Very unprofessional person. Man handled some of the team members of the team, snatched phone and refused to give phone, damaged one of couleges car . All this was done when all the fault was on his side. The booking made by us was from 12:00 pm to 12:00 pm next day. He overbooked the resort with 2 parties and wanted us to vacate at 8:00 am. We told him , we will not pay the full amount as he behaved very unprofessional and it ended up with lot of stress for many of my team members. I will never suggest this place to anyone as people who own the place are unprofessional.

Not safe for family and ladies No respect to customers No facilities available kitchen/kids playing games/shuttle/cricket bat. They ask 30000 per day it is too costly, Same price we have many places on ecr. Money minded they have asked my family friends with kids forced to vacate next day 8.00 am, actual checkout is 12.00..Also they had multiple bookings on same day. Please think twice before booking. My friends car was damaged by property person and took our friend mobile and asking money. Also complained to police and lot of drama took on last week since request from property person to do early checkout by 8.00 am and we did on his request on courtesy for next person to do check since next family should not suffer. After we checkout he was rude fighting with our people's Swimming pool very small and not clean. Water heaters not working properly person says we need to plug the heater wire..that's y they ask for 30000 seems No kitchen items for cooking gas or any facilities, even mineral water not provided. For barbeque we need to pay 1000 rupees, without any material only barbeque cooking space will be provided we need to buy all cooking items/charcoal.. Only 1 positive Caretaker boy hindhi speaking was friendly.

Very worst behaviour by owner. Spoke cuzz words to customers. Felt very uncomfortable when checking out. That owner damaged my colleague's car. He behaved like a rowdy at the end. We took resort for 2 days day 1 12 pm to day 2 12 pm but that owner allowed another party on day 2 at mrng 8 am. He didn't inform us. We refused to pay money for day 2. It became quarell at the end and finally we called Police and they resolved it.

Would never recommend a place like this to any of my friends or family , worst place I would say. the owner is so arrogant, rude , pathetic and what not . He just reduced our stay timming in the intention of making more money as he booked the resort to the second party and was demanding full payment and when we denied , he misbehaved like anything, he damaged our car disrespected all of us and snatched one of my friends phone as well . Worst experience would urge everyone to not come here , had a horrible stay

Wonderful place for chill out. Friendly staffs, big swimming pool, Well maintained place, a very big lawn area where kids can enjoy a lot, also you can spend and share beautiful time with your family. Very near to beach which gives a great good mindset at weakened for your family and kids. Also a wonderful place for family to get together for birthday parties and family functions.
