Well maintained Hotel. Spacious room and washroom. Very clean. Both front office staff and house keeping staff are very courteous and friendly. Good parking facility.

Worst behaviour of the staffs, grabbing money, zero empathy, charges 2400 for just 6 hours. No room service, no tea/ coffee, no breakfast. Zero bookings, very bad culture. Guys please do not opt this even if it is emergency.

Location is good. Rooms are good. The drawback in the room is that of smelly restrooms, maybe from the drainage pipe. Rates are competitive, but the irritating thing is that even though at the counter they agreed for payment at checkout after paying advance, there would be constant bugging in way of reminders for the balance amount through WhatsApp and calls. This can be avoided

This property has changed it's name earlier it was NGH Transit Hotel now they have renamed to NVR Residency. Had a good stay neat and clean rooms.

The hotel and the rooms are really good. If you are planning with family this hotel will be your good option. The rooms are spacious, clean and hygiene.

For the past 6 years we have been staying here whenever we visit Chennai. We thoroughly enjoy our stay.The room is very good. .The staff are very friendly and professional.Another great about this hotel is when we request we get airport pickup and dropff . The overall experience is making us to think to come back there for longer stay. This place is very secured for people who are traveling from other countries.
