Nortels Square Hotel Apartments

Worst experience ever I had in my life. It was a corporate booking and I was intended to stay for a night. I reached hotel at around 1:30 in the night and at the same time one more visitor (who also had corporate booking) reached. I enquired about my booking and receptionist asked me to wait for 2 minutes. I put my luggage down and sat in the sofa. In the meantime, the receptionist was dealing with another visitor and saying the room is not available. Then he looked towards me saying sir we have only one room available, can both of you share till morning until we gave you separate rooms. Both of us denied in unison. Then he started giving excuse that today it was his birthday and his children wanted to give him surprise. So they visited him last night and stayed with him that night. He didn't want to wake them up that that hour of night. Even his manager asked him to let their children sleep in the hotel despite receptionist saying that no extra room is available. Blah blah blah..... This drama went on for 15 mins and finally said he has one more apartment 2 Km from here and one of us can take room there. He said he will arrange a cab which he failed to do so. The other visitor agreed to go and he dropped him in two wheeler. While he was going to drop, he asked me to wait further and said room boy will escort me to my room. Still at 2 AM in the night, tired after a long day in office and flight journey waiting patiently in the reception. 2:20 AM in night, and still sitting in the sofa and waiting someone to attend. Finally when I lost my patience, I called their business head, the number mentioned in my booking receipt. She was very polite. First apologize and gave me assurance that she will provide me accommodation soon. I guess she made few calls and finally the room boy gave me the keys after a long wait of one hour. Next day morning, the apartment owner came to apologise and gave some other reasons for the delay. This was the worst hospitality I have received from any hotel or apartment I have stayed. Everyone gave stupid and nonsense reasons. And worst part, when I was leaving, the apartment owner asked me rate him excellent and not to take it forward.

Rooms are okay. Location is near to the central part of shollingnallur close to IT officrs.The apliances provided are useless. Laundry and ironing is expensive. No water bottle provided. The dinner menu is limited and not great. Staffs are to an extent good.

This is mostly occupied by TCS associates, rooms are good and food is mostly north Indian dish and hygienic. Food is bit costly but you have to book it one day before to get the food on time.... No gym Wifi available Food choice limited Ample parking space ATM available around hotel Morning breakfast complimentary and sunday night dinner complementary. And food is great Very friendly staff...overall nice place

This service appartment mainly booked by TCS for their associates. Breakfast is complementary. They never changed the bedsheets for two weeks when i stayed there. Rooms are clean. Bathroom is ok, not upto the mark. An average place. Difficult to see from main road. Do not take lunch or dinner from here which is paid. Very costly and not good.

Excellent place to stay.Very neat , clean and hygienic environment.Testy food.Well trained and polite staff.Overall the best hotel in the location.The Hotel Manager Mr.Prakash.G makes all his guest feel at home.I storngly recommend this nice hotel for business, leisure, and transit stay with thankyou.

The rooms are very hygienic and luxurious, staff are nice, and had a great time with friends,The washroom was also maintained very clean and found no issues anywhere.

Location - Poor at best - close to omr though. Rooms - Avg at best - crockroches in bathroom. Hygiene - Below Avg Bed and Mattress - Horrible Towels and Bed spread - Rejected from 2 star hotels. Powers goes down 2-3 times a day. Not suitable for family. Only thing good is internet.

Nice apartment. One of my tcs colleague stayed there and it is very nice. Each room has two individuals bed, one wardrobe,iron box,tv tata sky,internet,common fridge maintain by admin.complimentory breakfast.
