Quite close to the IT infrastructure.. reasonable rates.. Essentially it is within a housing colony. One whole block is converted to hotel accommodation. When I stayed there in Jan 2025, the lift was not working.. They do provide breakfast as complimentary. There is a temple complex inside this housing society next to this building.

The budget service apartment provided a decent stay for the price. While the accommodation was basic, it offered essential amenities and cleanliness. The staff was friendly, although responsiveness to requests varied. The location was convenient but lacked some charm. The room was sufficient, yet furnishings and decor were dated. Wi-Fi worked adequately, and the overall experience was acceptable considering the cost. For a budget traveler seeking a simple place to stay without expecting luxury, this service apartment serves its purpose adequately.

Worst experience, rooms are not clean and blanket, bed, towels are not fresh, felt like used. Badly maintained toilet and no pressure in water taps.

Rooms are worst not at all clean. lots of mosquito. Washroom is also not clean. Shower is broken. Service is also not good. I changed 2 rooms in the same hotel still in every room is worst. They ask extra money for everything. Wifi network is also not at all good you have to come outside the room for WiFi network. Breakfast is also no hygeine at all.

This place is not too fancy as comparison to other hotels but it's best in term of the space. It's 1 bhk flat and that makes its different from other hotels under 2k. Staff and services are good. Most important very calm and you feels like you staying in your home. Overall nice place.

1 BHK apartment at rent of 2000+ GST per day. Value for money. Pros: Spacious. Two separate beds. Linen is fresh. Mobile charging points at handy locations. Complimentary breakfast even though contains limited menu, is good. Rooms are cool, even without ACs Balcony available to hang clothes for drying. Good location in OMR road. Half a km from Kandanchavadi bus stop. Cons: Bath room taps are too old and rusty. Flush tank looks too old.

This place is trash, the food seems okay but don't bother to look at the kitchen which is on the side. Such an unhygienic place. They don't even have a proper entrance to the place. If you want some overpriced hotel and you don't care about hygiene this is the place.

Rooms are decent and clean, but I had a bad time with their customer service. I booked the room 2 weeks prior to my journey and confirmed it 3 days prior to check in. When I reached the place they said rooms won't be available from next day, even though I booked for 3 days. Morning breakfast is a bit unorganized. No bowl for cereals, sometimes no bread, no milk ready for cereals..but decent food. The manager at the lounge was very impolite. 1. He had no clue of my booking. 2. He had no pleasing/helping attitude. 3. The lift was broken that evening, for almost 2-mins the guy didn't say a word, until I asked, while I waited for the lift in front of him. 3. First thing in the next morning he told me was "you have to vacate by 12". No greetings of any kind. 4. While vacating he just handed over the payment receipt and left his desk. Without a word. The rest of the boys were nice. Overall the place is good for a quick stay and is very close to Krishna tennis courts. But don't expect good customer service.
