This is a relatively new property with excellent facilities and an extremely clean, well-maintained environment. We made a group booking, and the owner went above and beyond to help us organize everything we needed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable stay.

Wow what a good hospitable place , well located and safe place to stay with family and official visits. For this price the stay and rooms are comfortable and bathrooms are very clean and tidy. There is 24x7 security and ample car space. Located in residential area so free from noise pollution and smoke pollution. The manager and staff are courteous and respectful. Nearby hotels are available for ordering. Overall I am satisfied..

I urgently came to Chennai from US and needed a quick place to stay for short visit. NJ Residency did great job in hosting me for 2 days. they have great service team which help for all issues during your stay !!

We had such a lovely memorable family stay at NJ Residency which is truly exotic. Brand new apartment, elegant, artistic interior design. The home ambience provided a luxury feeling as if we were at a five-star hotel and had great relaxation. Professional and courteous staff. Convenient access to quality dining. Though a bit costly, but a worth staying.

The staff was very hospitable and accommodating. We were welcomed and helped in quickly. The rooms we stayed in were clean, well lit and spacious. Everything was well maintained, bed sheets were clean and we found the stay to be comfortable - as a family. If you are looking for a good place to stay in this area, I would recommend it! The suite we stayed in had: - Kettle with provisions to make tea/ coffee - Mineral Water Dispenser - Dining Table and Sofa - A/C in rooms, and each room had its own keyless card entry and a washroom attached to it - Toiletries were also provided - toothbrush, paste, soap, shampoo
